The scout troopers scene in Mandalorian was so well done, everyone that watched Mando loved it. It's just so good to have an interaction as they're always seen as the "bad guys", it just shows that they're humans following orders.
And they're always portrayed as a by the books guy, or one that follows orders because they know what the Empire's like, and a newbie, or a not-so-obedient one

These two scout troopers represent so much that was missing in the sequels. The sequels were a paint by numbers job written and directed by a bunch of hacks. The Mandalorian was a show made by people who loved the source material and had the talent + motivation to make something great.
The Mandalorian was made by the same company, by the same people. The only real difference is that it's smaller due to the budget. And don't even get me started on the Obi wan show.

I always loved how the one First Order ST holds an arm out to the other one. It has big 'Vet saving the rookie from getting into trouble by disobeying orders in a small way' vibe to it. That guy didn't have a choice when the space nazi's knocked on his door, but damn if he's not gonna get to the end of his tour and help some clueless kids get there with him.
I mean, The Last Jedi was dark enough that the humor was almost necessary to keep the whole thing from feeling like a depressingly tragic 'comedy' of errors.

I have always Liked Bike Scouts Troopers. The Helmet is So Cool. This Scene was Priceless. 😂 You never really see them have a Conversation. I'm glad they Finally showed that their aim is always off and can't hit anything in front of them. 🤣👍
If you want to see something similar to this, I would watch Red vs Blue. It's basically an sitcom of dudes standing around talking. They get into pretty crazy situations and there's a whole shit load of jokes in it. Once you get to Season 8 they put in animation which makes a whole lot better.
It's actually embarrassing how Lucasfilm treated Stormtroopers, in all the books they don't mess around and are BADASSES but as soon as they get onscreen they just become idiots in armour. Which raises the question why in their first ever appearance we see them they pretty much ROFL stomp the Rebels who EASILY could've held the Tantive IV's entrance. Don't portray them amazingly in one source then about face and screw them over in another.
Apparently the explanation in both canon and legends is training standards were different in between training academies, so one will produce stormies of near-clone quality and another that produces idiots that may or may not forget which end of the blaster to hold. Add to that how armor production is also inconsistent from factory to factory and you have why stormtrooper proficiency portrayal is all over the place
