- Swimming at the 2016 Olympics in Rio was possibly the greatest experience of my life, during the 2 weeks I did my best to try capture some of the highlights of my experience to share with you!
I am so blessed and grateful to have had the opportunity to represent South Africa on the highest level and I'm feeling more motivated and more determined than ever before! Thank you for your constant support, only up from here!

Butterfly Swimmer what are your times?
Nah everyone talks about the lifeguards at Olympic swimming being pointless as a competitive swimmer who competes nationally it’s very possible for a swimmer to black out or have a problem due to how hard their going so I do think it’s important to have a lifeguard on deck

I'm a freshman swimmer in high school, I graduate in 2020, I'm pushing myself as hard as possible because my dream is to become an Olympian. It's my first year competing but I've swam with a competitive team I just never competed. I'm enjoying competing very much so far, we have timed trials tomorrow.

Thanks for the footage from the athlete's side of the event. My seven year old daughter wants to become an Olympic swimmer, already training hard. We are having a hard to find a team that's interested to train a 7 year old on a high level. At what age did you start swimming and did you step up to the next level?
