Those green tomatoes are called TOMATILLOS. We use them for salsa in Mexico.for green enchiladas, salsa verde, pork chile verde. the green salsa they have at Chipotle is on close example of how we use them.

I love reading. I read books all the time when I was younger but when I had Mindy and Jimmy I didn’t have as much time to read. I am now back to reading and find it to be relaxing. I would rather read than watch TV. I loved The Last Flight by Julie Clark. I read it in half a day.
Oct is really horror movies other than Hocus Pocus and other fun Halloween movies and Nov/Dec are more holiday movies. But I say start the Christmas spirit earlier.
Hi Mindy. I also freeze my bread. You said you would like for it to be crispy. I would recommend putting your bread in the egg mixture one side at a time in the pan, then dip it again on the other side before flipping it in the pan. It keeps the egg from saturating the bread. It will change your life!!! Hope you guys are doing well!!!
