not really necessary to externaly rotate biceps to have straight arms, but good if you want to learn supinated planche
You should really explain what Loading the Shoulders is. For me it was the key to develop my tuck planche, and it explains why the arms have to be straight and what the planche lean is really for.
I'll try to explain it as I understand it.
Imagine you are crouched, hands planted, and you are about to lift your legs up into Tuck Planche.
Your legs fall down immediately. It seems impossible. And it is because you don't have the balance for it. Not enough weight forward.
So you lean forward and.... Collapse forward. There was too much weight forward.
What's the solution, to load your shoulders, with weight.
So you lean forward, but you use your shoulders to push back in the opposite direction. Hard. Using the planche lean you can find your max point and train it.
When your ready, really lean into your shoulders, really load them up. And then lift your legs. It will actually alleviate the pressure as it's now adding weight in the other direction.
But your arms will have to be straight, or you won't have the lever to load enough weight into your shoulders for anything past the tuck planche.
Well said

Very nice tips
this helped a lot thanks
My depression is always engaged so no problem for me😊
Instructions unclear, only got depression
Engage that depression, lepo rečeno
I don't have parallets, nor any equilizer, i train on floor and iam stuck in advanced tuck planche with 5-10 sec hold.
Any tips for moving further would be very helpful
5 mn is pretty good.
What is giving up?
If it is becaus of Back pain it probably is because the abbs are giving up.
You can reduce the tension by going on your knees and grinding there.
Or going on your back and doing hollow body hold.
Doing other exercise for 15 mn and then coming back.
I'm curious to hear what he has to say.
(You can also, whille you do the planche put more tension by trying to squeeze the ground between the hands and feet like a caterpillar. It makes it harder)
Best luck
The " problem" with planche is that you need so many muscles to get it, that you cant say easily do this or that.
Every athlete is a unique case. My advise is to try to understand where your are weak and work on that mostly.
If you can't do that try just to increase your hold up to 15 sec and try again to find your weakness.
@@MTCAIGIO bro have you mastered planche?
@@and_still. No i haven't. I can hold a straddle though. But i had the same problem with you ( like almost everyone ) moving from adv to straddle.
I found out that my shoulders were not strong enough to lean more forward and i was training them.
After that i focused on my core doing those pseudo maltese presses and i unlocked the straddle.
@@MTCAIGIO keep up the work for full planche dude. Btw How old are you?
I think my shoulders sit too high naturally to do this. :/
Can I learned that planche lean? My problem is I have a hyperextended elbow.
Ask your doctor or your physio for that. I can tell you elbows are taking a big amount of stress with planche exercises. 🙂
