A Fresh New Start with Art & Sewing - Choosing a New Sketchbook

To whom it may concern,
Do you love a fresh new start?
The answer to that is both yes and no. You see, I do love a fresh new start, like the blank pages of a new sketchbook, or the process of brainstorming for a new sewing project, and having clean new bed sheets or discovering the new album of my favourite singer.
These are the kinds of fresh new starts I like. To experience things that I love brand new, for the first time. But then, the kind of fresh start that I don't like is starting a new job, meeting people for the first time, or moving to a new place. These experiences are daunting, for sure, but that's not the focus of this video.
No, this video is all about the small thrills of choosing a new sketchbook, and getting inspired to fill in the pages with anything and everything. It's also about starting a new sewing project and gathering inspiration for it. That's when my head becomes filled with ideas and everything is exciting and new. It's the start of a new creative adventure.
So, here's to my fresh new sketchbook and a brand new sewing project! Let's hope the energy of a fresh new start continues for the rest of 2024 and onward.
