I love ITZY. They are one of my favorite groups. I love their music. They are so versatile. Their discography is diverse. Their dancing is phenomenal. Their rapping is dope. Their M/Vs are insane.
Ringo is a big win for me, the lyrics, the MV, and seeing Chaeryeong so much at the front is all part of the awesomeness that song has! Such a fast paced choreo too and as always they all make it seem to easy and effortless!
Cake is really cool, i know the repetitive cake part may not be everyone's favorite, but the song is really so good the vocal, the visuals in mv, the unexpected switches, its been on my repeat for 3 months straight 🔥

I think that the style of song that is "None of my Business" is a good fit for Itzy's vocal profile. "Cake" was a fun MV, but I found the song to be forgettable---better than "Sneakers", but not one of their better songs. I somewhat worry about Itzy's ability to compete with some of the other 4th gen and newer groups coming out. Itzy are amazing performers and do some of the most intense and interesting choreographies, but I think that they have a lower vocal ceiling than some other groups which might make it difficult for them to be as popular as some other groups. For Itzy, they are more dependent on finding the right song that fits their unique strengths, as they don't have the ability to elevate a song with pure vocal ability.
I think what has happened with Itzy is that after loco people thought their sound was that when it was much more like Cake. Since then itzy releasing different sounds hasn't helped, but i think it has helped them as idols. Their choreo before was hurting them physically and mentally ( plus the hate train ) which is what they were known for so then having easier choreo people thought itzy was losing their distinctiveness. I think their vocals are actually pretty good compared to these newer groups. Itzy has 3 capable vocalists and the 2 rappers have good tones. In the newer groups they can't hold notes without autotune

Her songs are wery relatable because she writes about her own life experience. She actually was in a toxic relationship and her partner abused her physically and mentally. She chose to keep quiet 'cause someone would be behind bars today if she spoke. She is an artist under the company of legendary Tiger JK. And JK said that she values her freedom and does anything she wants. I mean, she made a song about BDSM, BaD Sad and Mad. Jotto, life is a bitch, animal farm, blade, vengeance, kazino, bad sad and Mad, wet nightmare are the best
