Ringo means apple in Japanese. This whole music video seems to revolve around fairytales like snow-white and such and in my own opinion I think this whole video is about rewriting your own story and choosing your own path or something like that. I also like how one of the lines is like, "give me the apple, I don't care if it is poisoned." Over all just an amazing song and video.

I really love my girls and I think they are very very talented. Their Japanese discography always hits different like so powerful and good and I wish see this kinda of sound and concept in their Korean discography 🫶🏻
This is JPOP. You will not see JPOP in a Korean comeback. JPOP doesn't sell outside Japan. If you love the sound, please listen to Japanese artists NOT JUST KOREAN artists doing jpop releases. Their JPOP releases do not even generate 1/10 of the sales of their Korean releases.

No I am sorry we can't agree since you are comparing Kpop to Jpop and the results (sales, streams etc) speak for themselves. This is a JPOP track, jpop doesn't market well outside of Japan. If you like JPOP do please go listen to other JPOP artists not just Korean jpop tracks.

The second part of the chorus hits like a truck with 50 tonne concrete and I wish it was longer. This song out does CAKE in every way imo.

i just wish these Japanese MVs could also be posted on the JYP channel like the Korean ones usually are. They would be a lot more known that way. Is the arrangement with Japan really so different? American fans watch the same MVs as Korean fans do on the JYP channel, so why is Japan separate?
