kinda both, I learn how to dodge the moves, but usually you don't know what move the boss is going to use next so you'll have to guess the next move by their animation and/or noise (unless there is some kinda indication but yeah)
It was usually used for older Roblox swords when someone or something has high HP: The rapid spin causes the sword to think it's not slicing even thought it's in its slashing animation and does another rapid spin to deal 2x the amount of damage It was also used for crowd control

all you have to do is 2 dash the first 2 waves while being parallel to deathwrath, and then jump the shockwave. if you want the timing then its the same moment he launches the waves at 40ms and the shockwave is client sided so its always right before impact

Lower force power than the enemy means less damage than normal, Higher force power than the enemy means more damage than normal and caps at double damage
The skins are a reward for accumulating the total amount of fp needed for it, so you need 400 master fp (total amount of fp gained between all classes) for the DAL1 skin. This doesn't remove your fp

You didn't lose any progress, your weapons don't stay and you also have to buy mysteliates again every time you leave
