2:37: a number of the songs on Will Wood's _Self-ish_ album are named after various mental disorders or problems of perception.
In the case of Mr. Capgras, it's a reference to a "Capgras Delusion," a psychiatric disorder in which a person holds a delusion that a friend, spouse, parent, another close family member, or pet has been replaced by an identical impostor (for those who've played Fallout 4, the idea of a person being driven to the depths of paranoia over whether or not their loved ones have been replaced by a synth is 'by-the-books' and 'par-for-the-course' with this condition).
Pareidolia is the tendency for perception to impose a meaningful interpretation on a nebulous stimulus, usually visual, so that one sees an object, pattern, or meaning where there is none (i.e., you look at an electrical outlet and you think you see a face because of the two prong-holes being the eyes while the wider semicircle at the bottom forms a mouth; you look at the silhouette of a house at night, and imagine the two lit upstairs windows and the light coming from under the front door resemble a giant head; and so on).

Also, Will Wood strikes me as being musically similar to (though not necessarily the _same_ ) as another avant-garde musician, Tom Waits, who has a similar bluesy, jazzy feel to his musical stylings. It definitely reminds me of "Tango Till They're Sore" and "Telephone Call From Istanbul."
