Honestly really like seeing you review a (more or less) average player. Analyzing pros has a lot of uses, but seeing a player on my level make the mistakes I do? That’s super helpful. Great video!
This is a great topic! I've been implementing more and more team awareness into my gameplay as well (it could still use some work, but I'm getting there). One thing/tip I would like to add to your point at 4:15 is that as you are doing damage and helping teammates to get clean-ups, if you don't have comms, it is very important to use the ping system to tell your team where to focus. I've been using that a lot and it has helped secure kills. Great job as usual man, keep it up!

Awesome content. Perfect length. When a coaching session video is too long and has too much info, like Ryanoob's old videos, it becomes difficult to work what you learn into your game. Two concepts at a time is plenty. Again, this type of content is fantastic. I think most of your viewers already understand curb slides and don't need those videos nearly as much as we need these!
Haha, speaking from my own personal experience - weed can be helpful in improving the micro aspect of your game I.e. grinding skill jumps/slides, aim training, game modes like 1s/2s that rely less on game-sense. Outside that though I’ve found it negatively impacts my play - im less aware & predictive, and more instinctual. Different for everyone, but I’d recommend self assessing both with/without and finding a healthy balance that works best for you

High diamond player here I play with my two brothers and a friend of ours. My brothers are low onyx and our friend is plat 4-5. What could we do, aside from not playing with him, to help his game? Seems that it's not an awareness issue since he knows rotations. We have fun playing with him but I wanna help him step his game up
Hmm, hard to know what his specific weaknesses are without seeing his gameplay - but have you ever tried playing custom games together? I.e playing 2v2s, FFA, octagon etc.. might be a helpful way for him to get reps against better players w/ less pressure, and help you guys figure out where he might have room to improve! Beyond that, I’d recommend he gets a little time in on his own with the game too (playing solo queue ranked, practicing mechanics/aim in training) and/or watching other players/pros - good ways to build confidence & knowledge.
Why I’m not getting onyx despite having gotten it every time tank resets. BECAUSE UNSTABLE PACKET LOSS AND 300 PING EVERY GAME FOR NO REASON. wasn’t like this two months ago now it’s literally every game
to be honest its kinda sad if your not hitting Onyx or relatively close at all at this point of the game's life cycle - theres only like 1 thousand people playing a day

I'm not hitting onyx in halo infinite because I'm not playing halo infinite 🙂 Still a cool game though. Hope they get it working for people and it makes a comeback.
I'm not hitting Onyx because I solo queue and the game is bad. I used to consistently get the top of the leaderboard, with high kills and objective score, low deaths, and I'd still lose and derank because the game doesn't care about how good you do, it cares about how good your teammates do.
Try this. Intentionally throw about 1/2 your games. Then when you actually try the game will think you are worse than you actually are and get team mates hopefully closer to your level. Seems to work.
