The Franciscan College of the Immaculate Conception (FCIC) in Baybay City, Leyte, Philippines celebrates its 75th Founding Anniversary on July 2022.
FCIC is a private, Catholic basic and higher education institution run by the Sisters of St. Francis of Perpetual Adoration (SSFPA), a papal congregation based in Germany. The school It is dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi and the Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception.
