    I *think another
U.K. Brand may be Corner Pieces. I've seen social media posts of people from there doing that brand.
I didn't know Professor Puzzle was a U.K. brand. So I learned something new. ☺
I recently picked one up at a puzzle swap.
    Happy Puzzling, Sandra!

Falcon and Corner Piece are two UK puzzle brands that are reminiscent of Gibson's in my opinion. Falcon is quite easy to get here in Canada - Puzzles Canada have them. I have not seen Corner Piece here, but puzzlers in the UK often post pictures of them, and I'd love to try one someday. Wentworth is a wooden puzzle company out of the UK with some amazing designs.

I haven't come across Corner Pieces in Canada either. Will need to search for them.

    Thx for the reviews! ❤😊
I hadn't heard of any of them, except for Cloudberries. I own 6 Cloudberries puzzles and I really love their artwork.

Being English I grew up with Gibsons and HOP puzzles. Still my favourites. I love the typical British images especially as I no longer live in the UK.

I love doing puzzles and found that the easiest ones to resell are the Wasgij ones.

I've only done 1 Wasgij puzzle but have another I just bought. I think it's called Cafe to Latte.

I did a Gibsons called “Retro Vibes” 1000 piece puzzle for the 5 in 5 challenge. I loved it. Another brand that is from the UK is “Falcon” puzzles.

Many puzzlers, like myself, think they are a UK brand but Falcon is actually owned by Jumbo which is a brand from the Netherlands. Maybe they were intially a UK brand and then bought out by Jumbo, I'm not quite sure.

Thanks for this. I only did two of the five prompts in your 5 in 5 challenge - grandmothers and flowers - but I think I could have done one with an airplane too. Gibson's sure sounds familiar; I wonder if I actually have or have done one of their puzzles without realizing it. (Not recently though. 😉)

I’ve only heard of Happily and Cloudberries before but all of those look fun! You’re getting really serious now if you’ve purchased your own calipers ;) Thanks for the review! Great video as always!

Waddington is another U.K. brand, I think they will only be second hand these days sadly.
I love Gibsons, particularly Val Goldfinch and Trevor Mitchell images.
I’ve got the Shakespeare one to do, like your Bridgerton one. I know that LK print their puzzles in two different countries and the quality of the ones from China are not as good as the one from the Netherlands.
Professor Puzzle also do a mini series of puzzles that look like the spine of a book when they are upright. They a lovely, not the good quality of the bigger piece count, but we play puzzle chess with them.
There is also The Original Jigsaw Co, which is a fairly new company. They do themed puzzles. I have done a few of theirs and they are lovely quality.
Happily are a lovely quality brand too and their images are really fun.
    Sorry for the essay. 😂

I've never done their puzzles before. Will need to take a closer look at their selection. Thanks.

Laurence King puzzles are made in The Netherlands and also China. I always look for ones made in The Netherlands as the quality is better. Unfortunately the country is not listed when buying online. Fun video! 💙🧩

Thanks. Many times puzzle companies are based in one country but production is done in another. This is what happens in the case of Eurographics. They're a Canadian company but the puzzle production is in the USA and Europe.

I’ve done a lot of Lawrence King puzzles, and the quality definitely varies. When I did both the Jane Austen and Charles Dickens puzzles they both had pieces that were all the same shape, two knobs and two sockets. I’ve also heard, but have not tested it out, that the quality of the Chinese produced puzzles has recently improved.
