Good video ... but an important clarification is necessary. You keep referring to VIF as a percentage (e.g., VIF > 10% implies high collinearity). But VIF is not a percentage by any measure. It's just the inverse of Tolerance, which is directly related to the R^2, the coefficient of determination.
