Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a first-person shooter video game that is being developed by Infinity Ward and published by Activision. It will serve as the sixteenth overall installment in the Call of Duty series as well as a "soft reboot" of the Modern Warfare sub-series. It is scheduled to be released on October 25, 2019, for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The game is set to take place in a realistic and modern setting.
The game will feature the return of Captain Price (portrayed by Barry Sloane rather than Billy Murray, who previously voiced him) from the previous Modern Warfare games; however, the character has been rebooted. One of the villains is a rogue Russian general inspired by Apocalypse Now's Colonel Kurtz. The player controls Metropolitan Police Sergeant Kyle Garrick (Elliot Knight), a former British Army officer, for the first half of the campaign and then shifts to Alex (Chad Michael Collins), a CIA officer, in the second half of the campaign. The game also features Farah (Claudia Doumit), the leader of the rebel fighters.

All those cinematics are looking really good. Roughly 30min of animated movie going on behind the campaign.

God bless you. I needed them for my edits :)
I always come back to this video to look at 22:03 it looks so damn realistic I literally cannot fathom how damn good this game looks
I really appreciated those cinematics, sad they went in a complete other direction with Cold War
It’s a cutscene lmao not gameplay
Man!!! HOW!?? That's the exact scene I came here for! Bloody hell!
16:09 is my all time favourite
15:40 is the best scene, how the team defends farah
we get dirty, and the world stays clean, that's the mission..
Captain John Price.
3:37 and 19:22 are my 2 favorite cutscenes in the whole game. The graphics, dialogue, sound and music are perfect
"We get dirty, and the world stays clean."
Piccadilly Circus looks like some DC movie! My god!
22:40
Notice how the back end of Laswell's coat is illuminated by the helicopter light bouncing off her arms as she is walking back to the helicopter.
These cutscenes are too good.
9:00 is my favorite one though. The veiling glare off the sun obscuring parts of Alex, the subsurface scattering through the edges of hair, the dynamic range, and most of all model quality. These cutscenes are completely raytraced and look damn good because of it.
Cold war campaign was not on the same level at all. Loved MW2019
@@Xenthorx Cold War's gameplay visuals were definitely superior, but MW had amazing cutscenes AND also had the benefit of releasing on time instead of releasing a year too early. The gameplay visuals mostly come down to more experience with raytraced lighting.
To be fair mate, all pre-rendered CGI Cinematics are raytraced, even in the olden days. The only reason RT wasn't common in gaming was the need for live rendering, but anythnig and I do mean ANYTHING pre-rendered has always been raytraced.
@@andreinitu-ecxarcu5466 Not always.
20:10 ... holy fcking shit this cutscene! Can't wait for MWII with a ton more of those!
only watching because the cutscenes lagged too much when i played
16:14 absolutely love him😂😂😂
I constantly replay that moment on youtube, because it's so awesome!
That intro cutscene is so sad but very true cause stuff like that sometimes actually happens
Finally one without subtitles I needed this
Modern warfare is the only modern cod that's interested in asking a question (or just being interesting ) and I respect that
Is that Cere Junda from Jedi Fallen Order?
She's in a TON of video games at this point ^^, think the actor played in Wolfenstein games, Destiny 2, Gears 5, Rage. her name is Debra Renee Wilson.
Looks better than anything i've ever seen.
thank god you exist. 4k, 60fps, no water marks AND no captions? praise be
I have a GTX 1080 and i7-8700k 16GB RAM, I play ultra settings with ray tracing ON at avg 60+ fps, 120+ fps with ray tracing off.. Game runs buttery smooth with a few stutters here and there, could definitely use some more optimizing. Anyways, the only time I have serious trouble believe it or not is in these PRE-RENDERED cinematics?? The first 10 seconds or so of each cinematic run perfect but then it hitches and suddenly I have 5 fps and the audio is completely de-synced and it stays that way until I skip the cinematic.. So as I've been playing the campaign, I immediately skip the cinematics as they come up and Alt+Tab to this video and play the cinematics to see the story, then return to the game. So thank you for uploading in 4k, you've actually allowed me to experience the campaign as it was meant to be experienced.. LOL
Same here, read on reddit it's a known issue they're working on
@@Xenthorx Well that's good they're working on it. I noticed it was worse when I had Windows Sonic Spacial Sound turned on, it got better when I disabled it. Also turning textures down from high to medium helped but it's not like that would make a difference because they're pre-rendered and settings shouldn't make a difference lol. Strange..
How could you turn on ray tracing when you dont have a ray tracing video card 🤦♂️🤣 bruh stop lying
The _Viking I went into the video settings and I went to the “ray tracing” option and switched it from “off” to “on”
@@the_viking4237 You don't need a RTX card to turn the ray tracing on...they work on GTX 1080....they did something with the drivers....and they work now on several cards including GTX 1080..
Using this video since cutscenes like to lag
Best looking game ever, seriously
Anyone else watching this cuz it’s stuttering on Xbox
I always come for the 4:48 bomb run. The bass!
Why they move like 3 feet with laswell and the female marine
100th like.
Thank you Sir

Amazing Work 👍
Neon Tomb cutscene from Ready or Not
Thanks Xenthorx. Nice
Proof we are in a simulation
19:53
16:48 ❤️
Kinda sucks that Mw2 and Mw3 don’t even look as good as this
Western propaganda
Wrong. It's quite accurate to Syria
3 minutes in and it feels like someone threw a bucket of feminism over the product :(
Everyone's bloody cringy too
@@spartangaming3569 What? no they aren't
@@NiightDJ I'll admit not everyone, but quite a few characters are
Im usually against feminism but what? Where? Is it because Laswell is a woman? It doesn't feel forced and I like the character.

Nothing like the cutscenes from original cod 4 mw
