    Hi Colten! Thanks for this amazing video. This is the only tutorial I have seen of this song. I have been looking for sheet music/ tab for this song. If you could can you supply the sheet music/ tab, or tell u we’re you got the music from? I was wanting to do the whole song but don’t know exactly how to do it. Also could you do a video on the pentatonic scale in this song. I don’t do much scales but I was looking for the scale and couldn’t find the one that matched what you were doing in the video. Thanks for all you have done. Keep up the work!!! Also I have a suggestion for your next song, Diggin up bones by Randy Travis. Thanks👍👍👍

      Mm Guitarplayer Thanks! I am using a Wampler Hot Wired for a little bit of grit, a Wampler Ego Compressor, and a slap back delay. I am running into a 1967 Fender Bassman head through a 1x12 Shaw cab loaded with a WGS G12CS.

    Brother, I think you would be a great teacher and you an amazing guitarist, but you left me frustrated. The camera is not up close, so when you say that it is just your major E pentatonic, while it is good to know what the scale is, it does not help me to know what strings you are playing without replaying the same section over and over again. I gave up. Hope the feedback helps. Nonetheless, you have a beautiful tele and you play her good.

      jeroen R thanks for the feedback! In my newer videos, I try to break things down a bit more, and the camera is also up a little closer. You can change the playback speed to 0.75 or 0.50...this will help you make out all the notes I am playing.

      @@ColtonRhody Any plans to redo this lesson up close with focus on the pic hand. I can't get it and tired of looping x times. Thanks

    What brand guitar is that and model?

    • @ColtonRhody
      @ColtonRhody  11 месяцев назад +1

      That’s a boutique build by Dan Kamps…it’s a relic build to the specs of a 1960 Fender Telecaster, right down to the serial number on the neck plate. I’ve still got it, great guitar!
