- SkyNews.com.au Digital Reporter Reilly Sullivan says Prince William is now being compared to his grandfather Prince Phillip over his stance with Harry as reports emerge of him banning the Sussexes.
"After Spare, after the repeated betrayals, he doesn't want to risk it, he wants to keep them out of - not only out of the sort of Royal spotlight, but away from the events and away from the senior Royals," he told Sky News Digital Presenter Gabriella Power.
"I think Will's kind of concerned maybe that Charles is a little bit more open to forgiving Harry and there's a vulnerability there I think and I think Will's very protective of his father but he's also protective of the Monarchy."
You can't blame William for being protective. He is an honorable man.

Yes, prince William has the pragmatic and sterling qualities of his late grandmother queen Elizabeth and the protectiveness of the family from the late Duke of Edinburgh and his stance regarding Royal protocol and public behavior and the empathy for those of the British subject from the late princess Diana. The intelligence from his father. He would be a great king. Firm but compassionate. Sees the bigger picture but take note of the minuscule one. Apparently the late Queen had a positive influence on Prince William when it comes to duty to the monarchy. His grandfather Prince Phillip has taught him not to suffer fools especially if they come with lashings of behaviour treacherous to the family and monarchy. William understands what his brother does not, great responsibility goes with being a royal. King Charles does not deserve the aggravated attacks upon himself as a father and upon the monarchy that his traitorous second son has dealt him. Harry only thinks of himself and the missus and seems determined to not give his father any peace, just like his behaviour towards his grandparents.

Prince Philip was extremely intuitive, shrewd and committed to the monarchy, his wife, his family.. he was one SMART man. If William is like his grandfather - the monarchy is in good hands.

I disagree that Charles is weak. Read up on what constitutional powers he has a monarch. He is moving things along behind the scenes in a thoughtful dignified way. We don’t know all the machinations but things are moving especially now that Harry is in a spot of trouble with the court case(s).

Has his brother ever admitted, accepted responsibility, and asked for forgiveness? If he doesn't ask, no one will give him. All families have some sort of issues. It doesn't mean that you will insult and demean your family in public and worldwide, particularly for money gains.
