Three Broomsticks Inn is a very popular, warm and cozy pub in Hogsmeade village. Harry, Ron and Hermione usually go there during their visits to the village, and a glass of comforting, smooth Butter Beer was their favorite! They often run into other school mates and many teachers there, like Hagrid, Prof. Slughorn, Prof Flitwick and Prof. McGonagall. Harry did his exclusive interview with Rita Skeeter here along with Luna Lovegood, which got him into loads of trouble with Umbridge.
Don't you just love Madam Rosmerta? The beautiful, fierce owner has been managing the Three Broomsticks Inn for many years, since Harry Potter's father - James Potter and his friends were at Hogwarts. What I wouldn't do to get a mug full of her home-made mulled mead! Or maybe you would like a glass of gillywater, or maybe a shot of fire whiskey? ;)
The pub is a little empty at the moment, but a big wave of people will come soon from Hogwarts...Can you hear the cooks preparing dinner, or Madam Rosmerta's hearty laughs? And who is sneaking around with a traveling hood over their head? ...Maybe we should just sit tight with a nice glass of butter beer and open a book, delicious dinner will be ready soon!

I like to listen to these and Coffivity (a website that has cafe chatter type background noise) together so it seems like the room is bustling with people.

The fire, the tapping footsteps of house elves, sound of Mr. Malfoy's walking stick, sound of a giant antique clock, wind outside the windows of the corridor, and the preparing of silver plates when there are guests. Use imagination, no place is absolute silent.

I was literally scanning my feed looking for something to watch (peripherally) and listen to while reading and came upon this... I'd noticed it earlier and then completely forgotten, shame on me! Thank you so much!!! Now I can read in peace. The only thing missing from your videos is an attachment that emits smells. I saw this video and immediately thought of the smell of wood, both furniture/structural and in the fire, and the smells of butterbeer, food, chilled air, maybe something Hagrid dragged in earlier, and perfumes from Rosmerta (she's totes a babe) and other cute girls that I always crushed on when sitting at the Three Broomsticks. One of my favorite things to do with your videos is to pretend I'm actually graduated from Hogwarts (I mean, I've read all the books dozens of times each) and am in town and can envisage the ghosts of the past, the Trio laughing in the corner and then ducking out of view if a teacher comes in, etc etc.
