Nevis. Her personal wealth is about 500 million. The rest, eg Buckingham Palace and the other royal residences, the Royal Art Collection, the Crown Jewels are not actually hers to sell. They are owned by the Crown, which effectively means the Government of the UK. Essentially she is the beneficiary of a life estate in theses assets. If they were sold the decision would have to be made either the Cabinet or the Parliament.
I assume it would have to be an act of Parliament to sell certain assets such as Buckingham Palace, and the proceeds would then be paid to the Government not the Queen personally. I assume smaller assets such as items of art would have to have the authority of the relevant minister or his/her delegate.
Her personal wealth can be bought and sold with her approval only and the proceeds are paid to her.

This video is 99.9% totally inaccurate in that the items listed are owned by the state not the Queen and are loaned to her during her reign. The Queen never owned HMY Britannia, whether personally or by right of the Crown, legally it was just another piece of equipment owned by the Ministry of Defence. Some of the fancy bric-a-brac and official gifts on display might belong to the Royal Collection, but the ship itself wasn't.
