You're such a refreshing soul to watch. You don't complain about your situation all the time. Instead, you are solution oriented. Love this about you. All the best in your new chapter of life. You give me courage to try & do other things that I keep procrastinating about.
Welcome to Germany, Moved here after 12yrs in dubai, I almost gave up coz of the cold but I'm used to it now. The laguage part gets better with time. I'm still learning too. All the best🤗
Am so proud and glad that you are getting around. A monthly student traveling pass is cheaper than buying a daily pass. Excellent content. When you are in class look for study groups and you will improve in your language skills. Congratulations.
Well done, Angie. You reminded me of my daily routine of attending language courses in Duisburg when I did B2 and C1 levels, although I live in Mülheim, the next city just after Duisburg. I needed them to pass the DSH exam (C1/C2), which I did successfully. All there were in the last five months of 2021. I can relate well to your struggle, because I came to Germany last year. You'll definitely make it and know your way around. You already have the right attitude. It's worth learning the language, especially if you see yourself staying here long-term. What you said is true: focusing entirely on the langauge courses without working alongside or anything like that. Using the train/tram without a ticket, that's call schwarzfahren in German. Viel Glück!
mashAllah sis, so proud of you. I looove your spirit, you keep saying "this is interesting" whenever you face what seems like a challenge, this is the way to go. I was smiling throughout your video especially when you said I managed to use the keys. I have been there girl! When I first moved to the UK from Algeria everything seemed new. As you said, you have to face the challenges and fears and just keep the good spirit. Take every day as a learning experience. I wish you all the best inshAllah xx
I know that too well too, and especially when u are in a country where everything is in a different language,u can be stuck for even basic simple things 😂
My sister I would like to advice you that anytime you are walking inside the Train Station or Tram station, avoid walking closer to the railway line.B'se somebody from nowhere can push you to the railway line and when an incoming Train or Tram is coming,u are dead.So be careful my sister and always watch your back and sides b'se such things do happen.Enjoy your stay in Germany 👏🏾✌🏾
This video brings back memories of my first time abroad. Google maps will be your best friend…like you’ll know which buses, trains, trams and metro to take. All the best
