Truck has had been modified. Alot of times they flip and take cab with them.

I've wanted to be an operator for quite awhile and haven't been able to get the opportunity, yet. Kiddo is losing the company money and might end up killing someone and I'm over here struggling to find a company that'll take me, every company around here goes through a staffing agency and if you don't know someone or have the "right" last name you don't have a chance. Gotta love small town politics

You make a good point man. You can pretty easily tell the ones that have potential, even though they don’t have much experience yet. The ones that show up on time every day, and aren’t cocky acting like they know it all, and actually do have a willingness to learn, and don’t constantly have their eyes on their damn phone. At our company, whenever we hire a new driver, one of our experienced drivers drives the first half of the day, and try’s to explain things to them, while the new hire rides passenger and observes. Then the second half of the day, they switch seats and our guy observes and tries to teach them that it’s not hard to do, and that they will pick it up in no time at all as long as they just pay attention to what they are doing and be aware of what’s going on all around them. I’ve had to flip them back over a few times and I always tell them, learn from this, think about what caused it. I said when you are backing up to dump, use those mirrors, pay attention to what the ground looks like where those tires are going, and watch that bed, if you see it start to lean, stop what you’re doing and pull back up a little bit to take the lean out of that bed, and then dump it. Let the dozer push that shit back if the ground is uneven or soft. It’s just not worth tearing up equipment or somebody getting hurt. If the dozer operator wants to complain about it, tell him to go fuck himself. Hahahahaha

Honestly , the problem is the LOADER loading him too front heavy.
However......... its the drivers fault for not telling the digger to load him lighter in the front

They are designed to do that. Happens all the time, we just hook the side of the body and roll them back upright. Ain’t nothing but a thing

How does he still have a job anyone who flips over a haul truck that many times should be fired or only use hand tools only. On my site all operators are trained and have a safety course if you screw up once they investigate and give you a warning the second time they investigate it and if Ant anytime is careless operators, you’re fired right on the spot that’s how people get hurt or even killed on job sites zero tolerance for stupidity

So here's a different look. Hes dumping loads that aren't properly portioned, equalizing the weight on the dump... an the old heads are dragging him through the mud cause he's trying...
