Moro being Bibbidi's master and the true reason for the M logo has been my headcanon since the manga arc, it's great seeing that idea explored.

Great job as always man. This what if is really well written. Having Moro in league with a bobbidi clone is actually very interesting. I’m genuinely afraid of what will happen when Buu comes into the story, now that there’s another clone that not only knows how Buu operates but works with Moro, who actually could do A LOT if he could control him.
Why is it easier for me to see Babidi chilling on a beach than Piccolo?
Knowing Piccolo he’s not chilling on the beach, just meditating/napping.

I mean, to be honest, only witness Babidi needs is the God of Destruction, really, but the whole team of U7 works, too. 🤷♂️ I did enjoy the little backstory that was put in here with Moro teaching Babidi's father. 👍 So Babidi finally meet his brother, Bebidi. It's still pretty cool seen Babidi having his own villain to deal with since the Z-Fighters will be dealing with Moro. 🙂 Anyways another good part, and looking forward to the next part soon.
I like how Babidi gets to have his own wizard duel and nemesis in this part of the story.
This part was a fun start to the arc. The music helped add to the feel so thank you for using it. Can't wait to see what's to come! >:D

You know what? Id love to see a WI series about Piccolo and Babadi being space detectives working for the Galactic Patrol
It would be a pretty cool way to see a new spin on the include the GT villains, Turles & Lord Slug.
That could prove interesting. Piccolo brings the muscle, while Babadi brings the knowledge and know how of magic. Both of them being intelligent and able to pick apart a situation.
I could see them stumbling across some pretty dangerous underground cults or something. Needing to put a stop to it before it gets out of hand, only for one to get so out of their League that Beerus is forced to step in.

If Mr. Popo was a Z Fighter then there would be no real story. The genie has blocked attacks from Super Saiyans. The only real threat he might face is from Buu and his magic. And yes, I’m talking about the OG Mr. P, not DBZA’s.

MasakoX making Moro so much more intimidating that in the manga
The music choices you have put in for these stories is amazing
Talk about having your audience be led into a false sense of security before slowly, but surely pulling the rug under them, and just being left with terror.
What makes this "What If" so tense is that unlike in other stories the characters are for the most part at the same level of power as in the original, and Babidi didn't just train to become stronger, if anything he is actually trying to recuperate the power he lost...
That cliffhanger is evil.
Now we'll have to see if Bebidi ends up being the better or worse "What If?" sibling! Can he surpass his counterpart from "What if Frieza turned good?" we can only wait and see!
Also props to the editing and sound design on this Masako! What you did with Moro was impressive, why I'll admit I don't find a scottish accent "scary" persay you did a lot of good trying to make it as creepy as you could, and though I feel like Bebidi's voice could've been different its still impressive how terrifying the ambience makes him combined with all that he has orchestrated? it really feels like this is BAD like....REALLY REALLY BAD. In a way I don't think any other What-If has made me feel...it makes me feel *dread* and its spine chilling. This almost feels like its crossing over into a horror movie!
Now we will see which of the two Magicians is the real GOAT

That, that actually could be true. It’s always struck me a weird for the ToM to bear fruits meant for the Gods to consume.
Why would and what kind of god would need a fruit that increases your power like that? I mean it might be an old method for the Kai’s to collect the needed energy for making new life on a new world, but it never really struck me as something they’d go an do.

Man do I really want you to stick the landing on this one. The manga really didn't do it well with the bean issue again and our goat man ended up looking like another perfect chin guy.

I'm still surprised to this day that not a single member of Team Four Star hasn't been given basically blank check to create a whole new show using footage from previous anime.
I mean Japanese Anime Studios get a whole new show without the having to start from scratch, thus saving them money also preventing the animators to burnout with the reduction in animation needed to be done.
That and with a new show created from animation they already have made, if the original animation was basically a flop, they can still recoup some of the losses at any time in the future.

Correct me if I’m wrong but I think this is the first time Masako properly covers the Moro arc in one of his What Ifs right?
Remember Moro is repulsive, his aura alone terified Goku. He isn't someone fun to fight because fighting is only a mean to the end for him, his strenght wasn't earned only stollen. He seek to devour all life to increase his own power and move on the divines. While Majin Buu in his pure form was pure evil, he was a chaotic being. Moro is pure evil with a purpose and intellect. Beerus in the manga was stupid to have an hand off aproach to the threat he posed because at the end of it ultimately he was on the menu as well. Babidi should feel alienated just being near him in his crurent state since he reformed.
It is one of my critics toward the evil characters that turn good is their sense of guilt is never really touched upon. Even the manga explored briefly Vegeta feelings of guilts and how he carried the sins of the saiyens race.
Babadi vs Bebedi it literally out heroic wizard vs his Younger Evil Brethren to save new Namek from Morro plot to attain his youthfulness

There was something I was wondering about this what if story. Later on in this arc all the Namekian warriors tried to fuse together into a being that would be able to fight off Moro only to be dispatched with a single blow (which seemed like BS seeing how we saw similar fused warriors in the ToP barely affected by a hole in the stomach because of their enhanced regeneration.) I wondered if Bobidi used his power enhancing ability (like he did on Spopovitch and Namu) on the Namekians to make them stronger (minus the mind controlling part) and THEN they fused would he have been able to step to Moro?

Correct me if i’m wrong, but is this the first What-if from MasakoX that adds the manga material? (I’m not including Cooler’s What If because Moro was only mentioned)
I would like to see Moro and Granolah in the “Raditz turns good” scenario as well, that would be dope
He is also doing a What-if about Granolah being in DBZ, but other than that I think those are the only times he did a what-if that includes the manga arcs.
The Nappa one made a passing reference to those events happening, but focused on Nappa's time relaxing after the Broly situation.

Hopefully Babbidi gets healed and woken up by Dende and or some Namekian with healing power and maybe the new Grand Elder Mori pulls a Guru on Babbidi and unlocks his potential or something. Giving the Babbidi the idea to ask if, he’s unlocked Piccolo’s potential also or any other of his teammates for that Matter or even Meerus’ potential being unlocked by Namekian magic.
What if Freeza went to fake Namek... that's the comment...
