Thank you . This is a Texas type . The backdrops were picked up local to me at the Strasburg Train shop , I have also seen the same ones at York TCA at the Hobby Tools . com booth and on their website . I mounted the ones I have on Masonite so I can swap them out all over the layout .
Wow! I feel so inadequate with my HO set! LOL The trains are superb, the sounds and smoke are so realistic. Dumb question, but is the smoke toxic in a closed room? I assume the smoke in this modern era (as opposed to Lionel sets in the 60s-70s is harmless? My only suggestion would be to get a ladder and do some overhead clips of the layout and the operating trains. Cheers, Bob
Thank you . The smoke in these as well as older engines is non-toxic . I do have some other videos on my page with different view angles, better than a ladder there's one from RR days at the museum that was partially filmed from the overhead catwalk .
thank you . The refilling intervals can be as little as 10 minutes or as much as 30 depending on how high the output is set and how much the steam chest button is pressed
@@johnh.toytrainfanatic5300 okay gotcha. That’s about how long mine is lasting. The max about 30 minutes. For some reason when I asked Lionel they told me it should last HOURS. Very confused with them.
@@johnh.toytrainfanatic5300 Thanks. I'll have to check them out. Just starting an scale layout myself. I hate the Lionel fast track. It looks so shitty.
@@johnh.toytrainfanatic5300 I can see why you didnt use their switches. They look junky with the plastic. Did you use the regular track or flex track? Also did you use the tin plated rail or stainless steel rail?
Wonderful locomotive, love the sounds!😊
thank you
Cylinder steam looks fantastic!!!
Thank You , I wish more engines had this feature
That little figure watching that big Pennsy pull out... reminds me of a Chucky doll...😅
That little figure at the switch tower is Chucky , one of the club members found an O scale version of him 😂
thanks for watching
@johnh.toytrainfanatic5300 🤣 Yeah guess it should remind me of Chucky then.
Great vidio, like the smoke show , going to be placing a smoke unit near my water coal station on the Yard layout. Thanks for the morning coffee...
