Really an informative & beneficial video! Thanks for sharing. Could you please give more details about the polythene you used in the process? What is it called, what's the thickness in micron, what's the material, width, etc.
nice and gain about silage pls mention that what you mix there I see only cutting grass .but othere silage maker mix so many things...pls clear ma dout thnks
Hi, yes, only grass, it is the grass that we are wanting to conserve for use at a later date. Any concentrate or 'extra treats' can then be provided at time of feeding
So good technology with double plastic covering! No need of vacuum to release oxygen ? No mollasses? How many curing days needed to make it available for livestock’s? Thank you
Vacuum would be the ideal, but this ensiled really nicely. Likewise molasses - nice to have, but not essential. We are recommending waiting at least 3 weeks just to be sure, although could probably be opened earlier if necessary.
Molasses is a great source of energy and assists fermentation. However it is not essential to make good quality silage. We want to demonstrate that good quality silage can be made just with good quality grass or fodder. Keep it simple for farmers who may not have easy access to molasses.

how can prevent fungus in small place inner polythine bags
Can add some salt, but if it is air-tight and well compressed such as in the video, we have no problems with fungus.
You better put English subtitles at the bottom of the video so that others can understand as well
Thanks you
Thanks
