Pretty impressive finding a person that can/willing to take apart a unworking generator, clean it up, and rebuild/reassemble a generator back into working mode. Finding replaceable components for that generator is another amazing aspect of the video. The other thing, is that she's so clean and neat. I watched my friends in their younger days take apart their cars and rebuild it up a span of days, and in each time, I was there, they were never neat, clean and huffing, puffing, sweaty and cursing about parts missing and not fitting. Good job. Congratulations.

I really enjoy watching her videos. The one thing I would recommend that she should do, a lot more of, is pre-soak/soak rusted nuts/bolts, any rusted or stuck metal to metal parts in penetrating lubricant. I've seen her sometimes use lubrication but IMO not enough. Pre-soaking would make some of her work easier.

Did I miss something? What happened to the diagnosis/troubleshooting phase? What are the symptoms? If the problem is simply a non-functioning engine, why disassemble the entire genset including the electrical side? Also, if it is actually a diesel engine, why do I see an ignition system and a carburetor?
It's obviously not a diesel generator so probably just an error in the title/description. Maybe a translation error, dunno, but I think the main repair was mostly to the generator part because you can clearly see the windings are toast. As for the engine, probably just cleaned it.
