I agree… like it’s just a nice gesture. No need to complain about it. Just like it’s nice to tip your waiter/waitress it’s also nice to tip your barista… it’s not like we’re not forcing you to do it. (I also work for Starbucks)

Post partum shedding hit me after my daughter was about 8 months love ! That is more than likely what it is … let’s just say I now have a pixie because I was just not doing it anymore ! Keep taking your vitamins and really love on your hair and minimal tension helps too I have read . ❤ You look beautiful !!! Love your channel and growth ! 🙏🏽 KEEP GOING !

“Isn’t it your job to make drinks” 😂 I cried laughing. They want you to tip everything nowadays. But side note. Tipping waitresses and waiters is an AMERICAN thing. Because American restaurant owners do not pay their employees wages…WE DO. The consumer is pressured to pay the wage of the employee and the food. INSANE. You go to Asia or Europe. It’s not a thing. At all. And actually in Tokyo they take offense to it and literally say what you said “it’s their job to serve the food”. Living off tips is wildddd and I’m well travelled & worked in the food services during undergrad. It’s literally insane. But love your content. And you have a very pure & uplifting spirit!! Hey Maya girl. So I used to be a Starbucks barista and my paychecks were looking crazy little because I think I was getting paid minimum wage. Them tips used to make my day on Fridays sometimes. The tips are also split between all the baristas that worked that week. No shade just sharing my experience on why Starbucks throws in the would you like to tip question. It’s been 4 years since I’ve worked there and if I do go to Starbucks to get a drink I do tip sometimes because I remember how it felt for me when I was working there. But I don’t always tip. You know if I’m feeling good or if god blessed me with some extra coins I do try to tip. But it’s not the end of the world if you don’t.
