    Assuming it's a 5W lamp, 5/240 = 20.8 mA so all that current was going to earth hence why it only tripped on full power. Most RCDs trip in the 20 - 30mA range.

    I'm 45 seconds in and I'm guessing crushed line to neutral from improperly terminated downlights! 😂

    Was never going to be the dimmer mate

    Should have been identified when the inspection and testing was carried out which suggest it wasn’t.

    Had a job
    Extractor fan turns on with lights but can’t be turned off without turning it off at the breaker, no humidistat or timer present, 12v downlights
    Only thing i think it could be is the transformers but still don’t make sense
