    Awesome video! Are you taking in 90-120 g of carbs an hour on your trainer rides, and in the rest of your training? Could be a reason you’re feeling so drained after, although I guess 4 hours on the trainer is definitely mentally tough on its own.

      I think i need to up my carb intake on these long rides definitely not helping my case
