What I learned From Swimming For 2 Years
I just came across your channel and I must say I am impressed by your consistency and drive without having received so much recognition. Keep going and you will soon break through.
Thanks, welcome to the channel! Good things take time hahaha
This is a crazy niche you should def keep making videos playing games while biking I love it 😂
Thanks! Been doing it to pass the time. I stream over at Twitch a few times a week if you ever want more
I used to lifeguard at this pool, went to undergrad right next to it! This was before I got into Triathlon though... Are you living in that town? Cheers from Germany.
You’re doing great at your age now, and you’re already ahead of so many others because you haven’t given up and continue to hit record. Keep going
Appreciate the support! We have no other choice but to keep it pushing
congrats on 6 years!
Thanks!
Wish you the best man keep it up in 2025!!! :)
Start the new year with the right step 🔥
Here before it blows up
You ain't getting big, just give up
Your life is sad
By the way the algorithm recommended me this video.

Awesome!
When you're gonna become successful, you're not gonna have doubts. You'll know you've earned it.
Here's to a successful new year mate 👍
Thanks! Hope your year is great
Happy new year. Have a great 2025 💪
Hope 2025 treats you well
💪💪💪
you will make it if you believe it, don't stop working! it's so hard to get into a sport on a pro level when you're older, I face the same with racing... just keep going Ethan!
Appreciate it! Hope your training goes well too.
Love to see your journey Ethan🔥
Nice training week! I need to add a bit more winter running to my schedule, most likely longer and slower runs due to the snow/ice.
Yeah I haven't been doing a ton of running either, probably a lot of treadmill in my future.
Great work Ethan.
Working into the consistency takes time after the big life and location changes. Just a suggestion, a screenshot of the training peaks week (if you use TP) might be a handy way of summarising the training. Happy thanksgiving, Mark
Thanks Mark, I put up a screen shot of my training peaks towards the last minute or so of the video. But I'm thinking of doing a screen shot after each workout too.
Keep it up, would be cool if you went over your indoor bike setup
Thanks! I'll do a quick rundown for next weeks video if I'm on the trainer again.
This was recommended to me and I see why now, very relatable. I’ve been doing triathlon for 3 years now and now in a position to decide if I have what it takes to get pro card. Very inspiring, best of luck!
Awesome! wish you luck on making your decision
Let’s go Ethan!
excited to watch your journey
Hi mate, feeling fortunate to have stumpled upon your page. I hit subscribe and looking forward to following your journey. Wishing you all the best, Mark, Ireland 🇮🇪
Appreciate the support! welcome to the journey
ive been swimming for 2 months
awesome good luck on your journey!
Congrats on the move! Following along your journey. I moved to Leavenworth, WA to get more training in...of course no where even close to being pro. Can't wait to see your progress!
Awesome! Leavenworth is beautiful. Wish you luck with your training!
I thought this was Pewdiepie lol. Good luck on your journey bro!
lol appreciate it!
Awesome announcement Ethan !
BOOM!
🔥
I have achilles tendonitis. Would this make it worse?
Distance runners are masochist stg😂😂
👍👍👍
Great work Ethan!
Thanks!
You need to slow motion on that exerciser machine. ha-ha
Good Luck Ethan! Rock the World.
Have fun, Race well Ethan.
Go smash it 💪👌
Great work Ethan!
Thanks for this! Those paces sounds brutal to me. Would you recommend not taking this test if Im only averaging around 7'50 most runs? My most recent 10k time is 1:24. I mostly just want to know things like my vo2 max. I just dont want to get disappointed after doing a brutal test, only for it to not give me the data I want.
If you are just looking to know your vo2 max there are other ways to estimate it by doing a submaximal test. If you do decide to do the fitness test on coros just make sure you keep doing the test until it tells you to stop, you'll likely get better data from the coros test becuase it's more personal to you. Also, they already will estimate your vo2 max in the app.
Any drills you did in the beginning that helped you with breathing?
outstanding stuff man. Keep it up! consistency is key. Sounds like you've already figured that out, you're gonna be golden.
Appreciate the love!

Im jealous of your blue skies 🙈
Hello Ethan. Are you planning on doing Onionman next month?
Unfortunately I will not be returning to Onionman since I no longer live in Idaho. I plan on racing the Folsom Lake tri
@@ethansunseri Have you been able to acquire a better-fitting wetsuit than the one you had to modify last year?
Yes I have, if you check out my open water swimming vid you'll see it.
Usually the athletic competitions wane when a person gets their first "real" job, or when Child #1 arrives on the scene.
Another good example that skipped my mind. Thanks!
I can't believe I didn't find this until a year later! You definitely broke me on the back, I gave it everything I had but just could not last
Hey! It was great racing you, definitely had me on the ropes. Hope you're having a good start to the season
This is soo awsome Ethan, I love the way you show your love for sports, especially for swimming, keep going with these great videos! Anyway, I loved the peeing part, it was funny and hilarious. If it doesn't bother you, everytime you do a swimming themed video, you could include the funny pee times as well hahahha
Thanks for the kind words!
@@ethansunseri No problem! I hope my suggestion didn't shock you
