Hey there, I just came across a new project called freebeat Morph 2-in-1 eBike and it's intriguing! I love that it offers dual modes for outdoor and indoor use, and the fact that it can be charged indoors is a game-changer! The brushless 750W motor and the 80Nm torque seem impressive, and the 80mm front suspension and puncture-resistant fat tires promise a smooth ride in any condition. I'm definitely curious to learn more about the fitness features and the ability to generate CO2-free mileage during indoor rides. Great job, Eilis️ and team!
Ellis you’re an absolute weapon! Btw I ended up getting a new helmet & it may save me paying a visit to the hospital since my old one definitely needed replacing & there would of been no way I would of known that without your helmet video!
Because they are dangerous, they injure and kill people on pavements and off, and anyone that uses one is just avoiding walking anywhere, which is bad for their health.
The sx250 does look like really good value! Some normal looking e bikes go for 2k+, while this is a mopad style ride for cheaper (1.79k)! Only downside is that I'd expect longer range for a "mopad" that big.
Thank you! There's some really cool cargo bikes coming out of the gates in recent years and lots of businesses using ebikes with boxes on the back fairly similar to the bio hybrid.
I’m 60, No car, live in the United States. What I’m looking for is what I’d call an Apartment Ebike as I live in an old school building converted into apartments. Long wide staircases but no elevator. So my primary concern in weight. Might have been less of an issue in my 30s but now those are long flights of stairs.. whew. Next in line is distance and as long as I’m going faster than walking I’m good with speed. It interesting as what I often see is fat tired often in the 50lb range or higher weight bikes that I think would require some sort of garage like storage. I could be wrong but I can’t imagine that’s practical for a great many apartment dwellers.
We purchased this Vivi 27.5” electric bike and a Tentaquil 26” electric bike for our 13 and 14 year olds. ruclips.net/user/postUgkxUiL0GnyDjP32RJdd660sP8mZk4CRLTCJ The Vivi was much easier to put together. With the Vivi, there was a video link to assist with assembly which made the process easier to follow (we did put the handlebars on upside down, but it was a quick and easy fix). With the Tentaquil, the assembly was not as simple to follow, but after we messaged the company for an assembly video, it was easier and they did respond quickly. The other major differences were that the Vivi has a grip throttle on the right handle (like a motorcycle) and the Tentaquil has a push throttle that you use your thumb to activate. The monitors were also different, so if you’re looking for something specific in terms of changing the bikes functions, pay attention to what the monitor offers. We were really impressed with the overall quality and functionality of both bikes, but if you’re looking for more power and an easier assembly, definitely go with the Vivi!
I have owned one for two years now the Lectric XP Step thru 1.0 model. The controller failed on it a month ago after two years of heavy use but I got a replacement controller and it was inexpensive. It was an easy fix too.
Ive been looking at the Avaris 3.6 and i cant find any reviews on it but seem really good for the price, a e road bike, uk brand, for just 1,200. Is it too good to be true 🤔
Do you have any thoughts on the Aventon e bike line the Soltera 7 and the pace 500 not sure if they are in the UK and thoughts would be helpful Thank you love the channel
You guys really crack me up, I’ve been trying to make contact with your e-bike girl through social media. Sofly approach, but hey, what can you do hay. Anyway, if someone from electroheads reads this, turn “please-please-please”” reach out to me. DM me or reply, but either way, reach out. I’m by no no means a scammer and I’ve got nothing to gain, but I do have a brilliant idea that no one has though of. Hopefully hear from you soon. Cheers
Hey Eilis, I don't want to pish you off!😄 I know I did last week so your transparency segment and explanation of how your shop works is really very much appreciated, thank you so much. With all the channels I watch on RUclips I know that it's hard to make ends meet and it's great to know that you hold yourselves to such high standards, I genuinely respect that. ☺️🙏 Love the concept behind this video, I'm on my second watch so I can comment on some of these interesting bikes...much impaired memory so have to go in stages...more views for you though 👍 Ah yes it was that eskuta moped style thing I wanted to mention, what fun! Love a bit of storage, totally agree with you about the speed of motorised two wheelers...when I was a kid, a very long time ago I had a go on my mate's moped. Went round the block on it, came back frightened witless by the speed much to everyone's amusement as I couldn't have been doing more than 15mph, 20, maximum 😅. The weird thing is that I'm sure I do that on my e-bike now with no trouble and I'm not fit like I was then, terrible balance, weak as a kitten, can't understand it. Maybe it's the slow build up on an e-bike, very slow in my case, I use the walk assist feature to get going...that must be it....anyway on with motley, back in a jif... Oh yeah, the windgoo 🤣you're right, I'd kill myself on it no probs...I'd like to have seen your diminutive friend try it too, reckon it would fit her quite nicely. Sorry lovely lady, love your expert car reviews...the afore mentioned memory again.😔 Liked that long tail too, we've discovered that my partner although an avid cyclist in her youth despite regular falls, cannot manage an e-bike , tested with hilarious results on mine. Turns out she's dyspraxic so I'm not sure about putting her on the back of one of those with my balance being out of wack too...picture two old birds in their sixties on one 🤣😅yeah maybe not eh?! I don't expect we're really in your demographic so I always appreciate when you feature 'low-step-throughs' and the like. I'd be interested to know how we're doing in this country for producing e-bikes and e-trikes. Mine is made by Batribike which was a British company, though I think it's since been bought our by a European company. In case it's not obvious I ask that question in support of British business not as a rabid Brexiteer, spit!! As you can maybe confirm by realising we're a devoted couple who came out in the eighties when it really wasn't cool to do so. That's it, great video, really enjoyed it...I was picturing that cardboard box quietly giving way throughout which was mildly distracting but hilarious. Love the fact that you leave that stuff in, makes for a good chuckle which was just what I needed today given the pain I'm in. Bless you Eilis and team. 👍🙏💚
Hi Jude! Loved reading all your thoughts on this one. That cardboard box was a great incentive to get the video done before breaking my back 😂 Thank you for your continued support!
@@Electroheads Tish! That's the name of your lovely colleague and she's the same size as my dear late mum who rightly used to say that "good things come in small packages".🤗
Absolutely disgraceful that 2t SUVs are OK in UK, but escooters are illegal! WTF's going on UK Govt? Get your act together coz u r victimising poor commuters.
I think actually you've hit the nail on the head there. E-scooters are in much danger from those giant SUV's and because they are then forced into the pavements pedestrians are in much danger from e-scooters. The solution of course is to follow and learn from the Dutch model and create proper cycle routes. Not by going our own way, as we have done and making all sorts of bad choices from stupid ideas but by actually asking for help from our neighbours on how best to proceed.
It seems like all the "fat-tire" e-bikes use tires, or "tyres" for you English peeps, with really aggressive tread. They're great for gravel and dirt but terribly uncomfortable and inefficient on pavement. I'd wager a city rider could get 5-10% more range just by swamping tires, I mean seriously where the hell do you get the "y" from?, with smoother tread.
That tiny windgoo is Hillarious. I need one just for laughs
When I see see Ellis has a new video out I click, always fun and informative
You are too kind 😊
Thanks Eilis❣️ and team, it would be nice to see your top 5 commute bikes with an average range

Pedibal Navigata Folding eBike? You ever reviewed it?
Why aren't UK Govt Legalising eScooters absolutely unforgivable in this current so called "zero emission" climate.
Because they are dangerous, they injure and kill people on pavements and off, and anyone that uses one is just avoiding walking anywhere, which is bad for their health.
Just the same as cars then...
@@dad7720 Cars dont kill on pavements, it is illegal to drive a car when high or drunk, not when you are 15 year old on an eScooter, whilst uninsured.
@@megapangolin1093 I think u mean the people who are twats that ride them are dangerous!!

Great to hear - the Eskuta SX-250 is a a quality electric bike at a great price point.
The Suspension is Phenomenal!
Hi have you done a review on the Engwe P26 Electric Bike which is listed on the website please thank you
Thanks eilish and team for another great video. Never knew that the eskuta existed. Is there anything planned that was like the bio hybrid??

Is ezego brand ok?
My favourite in this list is bike 3. I like range.

I've had my long tail since October and it still put the same smile on my face it first the greatest e bike I've had
Love to hear it! Keep an eye out for a video on the longtail coming out very soon... This bike brings so much happiness to ANY commute
Do a review on ezego trail destroyer 2 and ampere trail x
What about Lectric bike? USA
The fact that you've heard of them means we're legally not allowed to put them in this video.

Have you ever tried Engwe Engine X..?
It’s a super heavy but comfortable and powerful machine
Hi Ellis, thx for the selection, but does the last one with no pedals count as an ebike rather than an escooter with a seat?
How is the last e-bike legal?
Ow, can’t subscribe the newsletter, it just show page not found 😂
