I just heard this song for the first time 6/14/21. I left the Christian music world when I started noticing the big names hailing occult symbolism in their image and music; and just the general deviation from praising God to elevating themselves in their own music and wanting to be called “Christians who also happen to be music artists rather than Christian music artists.” I’m not ashamed to say I cried when I heard this song because it’s SO GOOD it could be number 1 EASILY on the Billboard 200- except for one little problem. You used the taboo phrase,” help me Holy Jesus, show me how to live.” I love when people give the credit to the Lord in a public venue when they could be cool and popular and just go with the flow. I know a winner when I hear it. My dad was in a few rock bands before he became a believer and my mother sang a few times with Michael Card back in the day and has been playing the guitar for over 50 years. Anyway, you may not be on the top of the secular music charts, but every angel of God has got that song at No. 1 on their playlist...and that’s 10,000 x 10,000 and thousands of thousands. The Lord be magnified! God bless.
