High taxes and charges in India is one of the reasons why traders struggle here, example Futures STT charge of 0.0125 is very high, it should be brought down to 0.00125%. if our government doesn't reduce the taxes and other charges, then more people will migrate to Singapore or Dubai and become Foreign retail investors (FRI), anyways the quality of life and facilities available in these places are much better than here, so why should people live and trade from here paying higher taxes and earning less returns. Hoping central government understands the traders problems and reduces the taxes and charges making it in line with other countries.
Our government never bothered. If someone like you questioned then some supporters will enter and troll you. Or they will say it is because of freebies . No one thinks about the issue and finds the solution.
If people raise their voices the some action will be taken Legal procedures also should be taken with finfluencers leading it ahead with support from their large audience

If a person lives 180 days outside India, he is liable to pay taxes in the country which he stayed the most during that absence of 180 days. As PR Sundar lives in UAE, he is liable to pay taxes in UAE but UAE has 0 tax on income and these countries have double tax treaty. So in short, he can being all of that money to India and spend without paying a single rupee as tax.
No , if he is NRE he can open NRE account in any bank and bring money to India. That not taxed . But he should have stayed more than 180 days outside India for that particular financial year.

sir, there is a small catch in tax treatment. if i am not wrong, revenue is also determined based on where the business is conducted apart from who does the business! let us assume, your you tube revenue is 25L and most of the viewers are Indians ie people watching from various Indian cities. Then it can be construed that business is conducted in India. Moreover, you cover both pre and post market of Indian stock market activities. I suggest you check this point with any tax expert!
Pity on sebi... For a small mistake sebi punished prs... Now India lost a tax payer. And he is in his goal to make many such persons India loses so many tax payers. Govt officials should think this also. How much they got fine from prs ? Now how much they r losing as tax ?

Tax is fine, but how such tax collections are used is a big concern in India. Freebees to lazy people, and penalizing active people, a very bad thing for a country.

Best way to escape taxation. But how do you bring the money to India?? Will that not be taxed ?
