As an homage to the visionary Russian filmmaker Andrei Tarkovsky, Scott incorporated elements of Tarkovsky's 1972 film Solaris into these visuals for Glider which we performed in Moscow at Izvestia Hall on November 9th, 2017.

It is not electronic. It is a band. f course there is something electronic. But it is a songwriter, a bass player and a guitarist.

@@KeimpeJ Its more like fusion. Scott is the guitarist, keyboardist, and producer. The bass and drums are live but the drums are also layered with samples at points. Its still fundamentally electronic music to me. The analog synths play the harmonies and melodies.

I discovered Tycho in the middle of an LSD trip a few years back. The video was for Ascension and it was a damn match made in heaven. Tycho has been the go-to soundtrack of my trips ever since!

Well, since that's not happening, here are some artists who you might not have heard who make music you might like if you can appreciate Tycho: Boards of Canada, Ulrich Schnauss, DJ Shadow, Northcape, SHIGETO, Flying Lotus, Bonobo, Moderat, Four Tet, Benn Jordan, Helios/Goldmund/Keith Kenniff, Deru, Loscil, Hammock, My Bloody Valentine, Echo Grid, Omni Trio, Lights and Motion, and others I'm forgetting, but definitely check out the labels Ghostly International and Ninjatune for this sort of sound (as well as other fantastic sounds that even I haven't checked out yet.)

Why do you use the triangle? Is there any spiritual fundament you want to show with your music?
Prof. Antonio Henrique i can’t answer for him directly, but the triangle throughout human history has had many meanings and symbolism. Depending what you are looking at, most big stories and religions have a trinity (Christianity is one example) Father, Son, Holy Spirit. In other religions/cults it’s similar.
In a lot of places, and upward facing triangle usually represents the male being or a (phallus) and the downward facing triangle usually represents a female or a (womb/ovaries)
There’s a lot more to it than that, if you look into symbolism throughout history you can find a lot about what a triangle has been used to represent or what it maybe used for? Maybe it’s just used for aesthetics and nothing complicated.
Oh yeah, fire and water. The tretahedron is a platonic solid too. But since Tycho has shared many times this simbol in his videos I wondered why.

He has actually discussed the symbolism in the basic shapes he uses in an "Ask Me Anything" thread on Reddit.
If I remember correctly, the triangle and rhombus shapes are symbolic of moving towards the horizon, both physically and spiritually.
