C6 still seems pretty nice for a support build as well. It synergizes nicely with his signature, giving him over 50 flat energy + with c1, you can basically run no er on him. Another thing is that on a c6 healing build, his c2 + his shields can almost cap out the clam set, giving him a good amount of aoe damage to boot. C6 seems really flexible!
this is an interesting and informative showcase. i would say i would use this information but as i'll likely never have c6 i will settle for watching from afar lol
I had 55k primos saved up and was able to get him to C4. Hopefully his next run I have a good stockpile to get him the rest of the way. I'm determined to make him a cursed hybrid of healing and sub-dps.
Also was able to get c4 Baizhu and hoping to c6 him! Probably going to keep r1 Kagura's Verity on him until his weapon trolls on a better match-up weapon banner (like Hu Tao's? ahahhahaha) Using him as my main DPS with Raiden EM Hyperbloom support with Xinqiu and Yelan... Don't have Nahida since I skipped every 3.0 banner to save for him. Good luck on your pulls! And I hope you can c6 him! I'm pummeling through story and events to see if I can eke out a possible early 50/50 win for at least c5 😂
@@2ReachTheTop I did get him C6! Started farming primos and quests again to build up some soft pity..2 ten pulls and I got back to back Baizhus! I'm so happy and giddy q__q He is CRACKED at C6 and really brings out his DPS potential. I have him with Raiden. Still tinkering with his build but currently the heal build I have him on is seeing 20k-40k damage on pewpews pretty consistently. Good luck! ;D

Hey, the clarification is much appreciated! In other words, the number of Baizhu's Dendro applications every 20s (excluding normal and charged attacks) are 7 at C0, 8 at C1, 12 at C2 and 18 at C6 !! BTW, you could use 2-pc 2-pc on him instead...
Back after Furina’s release and can comfortably say that c6 baizhu + furina is really nice. Playing him with a Keqing, Baizhu, Fischl, Furina team. Doesn’t maximise his damage but his ability to support with his other electro characters quicken with 20k quickens is really fun, or you can run him on field with nahida for high quicken damage like in the vid. Safe to say Furina definitely helps a c6 baizhu
Aaaa! Unfortunately I wasn't able to secure Furina this time... But I'll be getting her on reruns! Absolutely she will replace Yelan for maximum Baizhu C6 damage, but I just figured I didn't need her immediately! Sorry that it'll be a while...
regardless whatever everyone says baizhu is so fun to use ,whether its him being dendro driver , healer or dps ...he heals enough regardless so you have enough room to give him other stuffs

Rn standards that do a lot of damage are Tighnari and Diluc. The difference is that abyss prioritizes bloom instead of burgeon, so Diluc can’t shine in abyss. If they bring back vaporize with Fontaine (which I doubt cuz that’s just more opportunistic for bloom) then Diluc will be back in the meta with his og team
Managed to snag a C6 baizhu with my 2 years worth of saved primos but wasn't entirely sure how to go about building him so this really helped a lot. Thank you for such an informative and helpful showcase- this is exactly what I needed! DPS baizhu go brrrrrr 💚
His c6 looks fun!! I would shoot for it or like a few cons but deary me he just didnt wanna come home initially, he looks really fun!! But I reckon ill be shootin for Koko or Kazuha as my first c6 fivestar, its so cool he gains this level of versitility!! Very cool thumbnail too!! I really like it haha

Yoo we have pretty much the same build for a C6 dps! Except I'm using a 2pc Deepwood/2pc EM and R3 Lost Prayer so my Crit Rate is higher. And fun fact, the 116% ER that I have, are enough for on field Baizhu! At least in my team consisting of Nahida/Kuki Shinobu/Fischl.
I just realized you're using a Crit Damage weapon, which makes me feel really good about my crit ratio of 85/185 xD But obviously it's easier to get cracked artifacts for a 2pc/2pc build

Its definitely his BIS at C2. But its also the only Crit DMG heavy catalyst as of now. Its just that he synergizes amazingly with it at C2 with the proper Skill x3 prep.

If you make him on field, you can try the new 4 hp set vourukasha's glow on him since at c6 his dmg come from EQ alot and you also have r2 cupcake holder. I'm using that set on him, even with crappy stat and hp sand, tulaytula he still deals alot of dmg (and also heal alot). Really fun to play with 🤣👌 Unpopular opinion: that new set is for dehya and Baizhu c6 😆
I am a C6 haver and after watching this my first thought is: It depends. Like its possible and he's good no doubt, but then I saw him hitting 30k spreads off burst procs and thought, well thats just a worse Al Haitham or Nahida for a 15-30% damage increase off of his support damage build. Ofcourse this isnt entirely true, Baizhus dmg is alot higher than in his support build due to NA and skill dmg being alot higher, but yes mine as a support (hp hp crit) spreads for 25k burst procs. Wouldnt on fielding Nahida in this team (at least if C6) or Al Haitham make more sense here?

I’m a welkins and BP player and over a year i saved up 550 wishes for baizhu, I got super lucky and I got C6/r1 baizhu and it’s changed my account completely
Sure, sure harmacist is cool and all, but consider, lore accurate pharmacist. 20k+ heal per skill without any extra buffs. The one man who can strike fear into a Hu Tao main's eyes. 😂 But in all reality, I've been meaning to do this once I've gotten him to C6. As of now, I'm at c4.
He's just fun!! Though the higher constellation you get, the less need for healing you need. That's all I'd recommend! Congrats on C4!! Be financially responsible, but I hope ya get C6!
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Yessss! I run c0 DPS Baizhu. It's a little different because I don't have c2 or c6. I'll collect it over a period of multiple banner reruns. But I'll eventually get his C6.
Be weary of your funds!! C2 is a great stop point. If you absolutely put your heart to it, do 2 Constellations each rerun! Depending on how much you save ofc.
Yeah sadly, unless you have a sub DPS or on field dps you want to buff instead, the HP build is worse by about 20-30% for most of your attacks. BUT burst only, its about 10%ish worse
Nilou bloom is still more powerful in my experience, I added a c0 baizhu as my second dendro and it does wonders, I prefer milileth on him or paradise lost, and my nilou uses the new hp set as the on field applicator once she has his shield that is. when timed right it demolishes everything lol
Nice! Did you try Zhongliw/Instructor, mika, kaeya, fischl, dionac6w/inst, layla/inst, rosaria/inst, xinqiu, sucrosew/inst/TTDS instead of Nahida? It would be kinda interesting if they would perform well. 😅😄 I absolutely love C6 Baizhu!
I sadly missed Furina due to losing 50/50... But I'd assume quite a bit better than using Yelan in this team! I'll get her on her rerun!! I just like Navia a lot and my account doesn't need a super mega buffer rn.
I know this is from quite a while ago, but why not use Raiden Burst to cancel Bennett burning? My Baizhu is only C2 but I used to play him with Bennett and would cancel the burn with a quick Raiden burst and swap to Baizhu (I do have Raiden C4 tho). Nowadays I use Furina in the team instead of Benny, but yeah... hehe
Thanks for this, I went a little nuts and find myself with a c3 biazhu and really like his gameplay and what his constellations do for him. I know you mentioned that u went full DPS and it is doable at c6 since he gets the shield probs and extra charge of skill, but would u recommend more of a hybrid build, or is it unnecessary in your opinion.
Your Baizhu spiral abyss team is exactly the same as my Kokomi team (just Baizhu instead of Kokomi) She can only do a max of 22k with a healer build (not clam dmg) I wish I could use that team, but I don't have him yet, but I do have Baizhu's signature weapon! Baizhu come home!

NOPE not at all, but I would consider Nahida's C2 for the absolute carnage. I just think Nahida's C2 is too game-breaking for my liking. I'm weirdly picky! I like the 30% DEF shred though.
with baizhu in my party i also FINALLY have a use for that random ass scaracoochie weapon i got instead of stonethresher he does good charged atk dmg so i currently have him on my best 4pc wanderers set (sorry ganyu) and im very satisfied with it
Ah yes because god forbid any dps showcase uses any character as a support at all- in fact why even have the dps be there? only true gamers should be doing 1000000000 dmg using their mind and no character at all ammiright
Some copium in here, let's be real, those aren't supports, most of the DPS of the team is from the Hyperblooms, Yelan's Burst, and Nahida's Tri-Karma, more or less in thar order, and _then_ Baizhu. Literally remove Baizhu and the team will perform more or less the same, in fact, if there's a support in this team it's Baizhu as he provides healing and some resistance to interruption whereas nobody else in this team does, which sounds like things a support usually does. But if you want to build Baizhu as DPS, go ahead, you're allowed to play the character in whatever way you like. He'll be able to 36* the Abyss anyway, the same way Dehya can 36* the Abyss despite the hate she gets for her low damage multipliers.
@@BrunoMoreira991 but in this scenario they are being the support. You use this team with cyno they are the support. You use this team with alhaitham they are still the support. Keqing, Kaveh, etc etc. The point isn't they can still work without Baizhu, the matter is that in the context of who's slotted in the DPS role, it's Baizhu. Anyone else it would still be the same. Yes you can pass on the dps title to anyone in that team and it would be the same more or less, that's true. But you can say that for any. DPS. Team. with really good supports. You don't see half of these comments on said DPS video though. But the second it's Baizhu or a support being tried out as a DPS for fun, these kind of people show up.

Does Baizhu's c2 activate against shielded enemies like abyss mages?

I got baizhu's C2 and it's both op and fun. It even works under water, where nobody can use skills.

Be weary of your funds!! C2 is a great stop point. If you absolutely put your heart to it, do 2 Constellations each rerun! Depending on how much you save ofc.
Another question, since his c6 scales off of hp, is the full dps build worth the damage reduction from having less hp than full tank build?
Yeah sadly, unless you have a sub DPS or on field dps you want to buff instead, the HP build is worse by about 20-30% for most of your attacks. BUT burst only, its about 10%ish worse

Currently @c1 Baizhu I've wanted c6 since release but was unable to make the investment. I have 6 days to figure something out and 5 more cons to get.
Nilou bloom is still more powerful in my experience, I added a c0 baizhu as my second dendro and it does wonders, I prefer milileth on him or paradise lost, and my nilou uses the new hp set as the on field applicator once she has his shield that is. when timed right it demolishes everything lol

Nice! Did you try Zhongliw/Instructor, mika, kaeya, fischl, dionac6w/inst, layla/inst, rosaria/inst, xinqiu, sucrosew/inst/TTDS instead of Nahida? It would be kinda interesting if they would perform well. 😅😄 I absolutely love C6 Baizhu!

I sadly missed Furina due to losing 50/50... But I'd assume quite a bit better than using Yelan in this team! I'll get her on her rerun!! I just like Navia a lot and my account doesn't need a super mega buffer rn.

I know this is from quite a while ago, but why not use Raiden Burst to cancel Bennett burning? My Baizhu is only C2 but I used to play him with Bennett and would cancel the burn with a quick Raiden burst and swap to Baizhu (I do have Raiden C4 tho). Nowadays I use Furina in the team instead of Benny, but yeah... hehe

Thanks for this, I went a little nuts and find myself with a c3 biazhu and really like his gameplay and what his constellations do for him.
I know you mentioned that u went full DPS and it is doable at c6 since he gets the shield probs and extra charge of skill, but would u recommend more of a hybrid build, or is it unnecessary in your opinion.

Your Baizhu spiral abyss team is exactly the same as my Kokomi team (just Baizhu instead of Kokomi) She can only do a max of 22k with a healer build (not clam dmg) I wish I could use that team, but I don't have him yet, but I do have Baizhu's signature weapon! Baizhu come home!

NOPE not at all, but I would consider Nahida's C2 for the absolute carnage. I just think Nahida's C2 is too game-breaking for my liking. I'm weirdly picky! I like the 30% DEF shred though.

he does good charged atk dmg so i currently have him on my best 4pc wanderers set (sorry ganyu) and im very satisfied with it

Ah yes because god forbid any dps showcase uses any character as a support at all- in fact why even have the dps be there? only true gamers should be doing 1000000000 dmg using their mind and no character at all ammiright
Some copium in here, let's be real, those aren't supports, most of the DPS of the team is from the Hyperblooms, Yelan's Burst, and Nahida's Tri-Karma, more or less in thar order, and _then_ Baizhu. Literally remove Baizhu and the team will perform more or less the same, in fact, if there's a support in this team it's Baizhu as he provides healing and some resistance to interruption whereas nobody else in this team does, which sounds like things a support usually does.
But if you want to build Baizhu as DPS, go ahead, you're allowed to play the character in whatever way you like. He'll be able to 36* the Abyss anyway, the same way Dehya can 36* the Abyss despite the hate she gets for her low damage multipliers.
@@BrunoMoreira991 but in this scenario they are being the support. You use this team with cyno they are the support. You use this team with alhaitham they are still the support. Keqing, Kaveh, etc etc. The point isn't they can still work without Baizhu, the matter is that in the context of who's slotted in the DPS role, it's Baizhu. Anyone else it would still be the same. Yes you can pass on the dps title to anyone in that team and it would be the same more or less, that's true. But you can say that for any. DPS. Team. with really good supports.
You don't see half of these comments on said DPS video though. But the second it's Baizhu or a support being tried out as a DPS for fun, these kind of people show up.
