Kokomi was broken even without depending on bloom reactions? Amazing in tazer variations, arguably BiS hydro for ayaka freeze, and a solid general ttds and tenacity user, all before dendro. I do hope you're right tho cause I'm sad baizhu is just a side grade to Yaoyao rn

Got him c2 (really lucky back to back) when chasing Kaveh cons. He is on the same level as Zhongli in my opinion, you become invincible with the upper hand of creating more fun reaction in endless teamcomps. My Nilou team is so comfy now!
I already knew he was gonna be good on spread aggrevate and hyperbloom team so I tried him on a c4 yanfei burgeon team and it was actually fun. The team was nahida, c4 yanfei, Xinqui and baizhu. Yanfei, xq and baizhu all of them having defensive abilities makes it hard for the team and the enemies to kill them. I've been using it to clear domains for the last few days and I'm confident it will 36 star abyss quite easily. Can't wait to try!! Build : yanfei with highest EM I could manage, nahida on Gilded set with crit stat as yanfei will fulfill her EM passive anyways , XQ usual emblem build, baizhu on full hp deepwood set with prototype amber and sufficient ER (consistent burst is more important for him than the HP passive, so make sure u always have his burst up)
You can also give him sacrificial fragments :) Helps me a ton and I switch between them and prototype (which also helps sith energy, but since Baizhu is my Kaveh's battery, Sacfrag is more useful)

I love Baizhu, I started saving primos since December (2022) when my sister told me he might be released in first half of 2023. Good times lol. He protects my teams. I can swap in characters that are not leveled up and still have fun. His voice lines are so funny too. I love Changsheng's sassiness too.
In a 3 hydro 1 dendro nilou bloom team, the dendro is the one triggering the blooms BUT when it’s 2 hydro 2 dendro, the HYDRO is the one triggering hence why kokomi is usually used as a full em driver. This is why your blooms weren’t doing as much dmg
I feel like Baizhu is a sign that we're gonna get a reverse Dehya or Reverse Hu Tao. Where instead of draining your hp, you're draining the other 3 character's hp. I feel like if this character does appear in Fontaine, it will be a pretty interesting variation of playstyles in the game
I'm using him in the same Nilou bloom team as you, but instead keeping Nahida on field I'm using Baizhu. Nahida comes to conect enemies and off she goes. Also Baizhu heals much better than Kokomi and I didn't expect character who could beat her. People underesimating him tho (same with Kokomi back then) and I hope it change in the future. After all he's dendro and heals and he can do dmg!

I'm surprised you didn't try using Baizhu in a hyperbloom team he's surprisingly really good in hyperbloom and by far his best sets for straight healing is maiden and support is deepwood or gilded (saying this because moga does 2 Baizhu videos not even using the best artifact sets for him on him)

i don't even have him built yet (lvl 64 and lvl 2 talents, that's it) and he's still so fun to use! rn ive been running baizhu, jean, xingqiu, and beidou. everything dies but me with him and jean on my team
Mine is C2 and my team is Him, Nahida, Raiden, Yelan. Pop all the alts and then Baizhu as the driver. His enegery is full while im stll bursting. I don;t think your team can die. Also all the damage is off field so he’s just there to heal everyone and pass the time while htey get their alts back. FUN TO PLAY. Try it.

Nahida isn't really suitable for driving burgeon since she is squishy, fuels with too much dendro and causes burning, takes a chunky amount of damage from external sources and burgeon recoil, and can hardly facetank anything especially with a weak Thoma shield in order to get EM and ER.
I have the ocean hued (HP,Dendro,Crit rate) and the skyward atlas. He is soooo balanced, like perfect character tbh. Healing and doing all this psysical damage is awesome.
I feel like they put the damage bonus solely for whales that C6 him. But he's a great healer. And he actually makes burgeon feel pretty good. Nilou is just immortal and neverending explosions with him Nahida and EM Kokomi.

I pulled him just because of the rumors that Focalors’ burst does damage to the team. B seems perfect to pair with her. There is no downside to having him as an option, although healers tend to be boring.
If you liked the max dmg from clam set you should try it with Qiqi, trust me, you will be surprised.😁 Every single bubble she make will deal the max dmg for 100% of the time. Just give her atk and healing bonus and enjoy the dmg.

For dps build: Qiqi's main source of damage is her physical normal attacks, so, atk sands, physical goblet, and crit circlet, with crit or atk weapon, and she will still be healing a lot. ^^ Good luck!
I have a conspiracy theory that Hoyoverse don't care on making very long anticipated characters that good (if they are not archons). It was like that Cyno, and it is with Baizhu.
I'm mostly satisfied with how he works as a unit but my gooooddddd did they try their absolute hardest to set his banner up for failure 😢 but he was never the most popular character to begin with (unlike cyno or wanderer) so it is what it is i guess
I don't think it applies to Baizhu who is Liyuean and I see Baizhu having high relevance in Fontaine with his super high HP pool and is thr closest to being a tank.

Actually, Qiqi can easily get higher healing outputs, she's currently the healer who has the highest sustained single target healing in the game(in other word, the best healing in the game), and in co-op no one can even get close to her healing. ^^ . Each tick of her mark can heal around the same as Baizhu's skill or a little bit less(8k-10k for each teammate), and it ticks every 1s-2s, she heals the whole team when she attacks during her skill(900-1.3k per NA), and she has 100% uptime. With a normal build in co-op and no atk buffs, she can easily get a total of 25k-30k healing per 1 second, 1.5 million - 1.8 million per 60s, yes, million. ^^
@@-jno3164 it honestly doesn't even matter if her healing is better, because she doesn't fit many (if any) strong team comps that aren't made just for memes. Kokomi is one of the best hydro appliers and baizhu is really good for bloom/hyperbloom teams, both of them also having the ability to heal while providing good support for the team, so Qiqi is staying as the worse option.

And there's no rotations in co-op, 3 dps characters and 1 healer is totally fine, and Qiqi does fit in the healer's role perfectly, she's the only healer who can heal with 100% uptime without having to be close to her teammates, add to that the fact that her healing is the highest.

And it's a simple calculation, Qiqi's mark(burst and passive) has 50s uptime out of 60s, and each character can get around 40 hit, 40*8.5k = 340k And Qiqi's skill has 30s out of 60s uptime, and she can do around 25 NA per 1 skill, with 2 skills it's 50. 50 * 1k(healing per NA) = 50k. So in total it's around 390k per 60s, 6.5k per 1s for each person with normal build, and 1.5m per 60s, 26k per 1s for the 4 teammates. Of course it does change depends on the team, players, builds, domain...etc, the calculation is just for the max healing possible, you will not be getting the perfect scenario every time, but even the half of it is still impressive. If you want a video where you can see Qiqi's healing numbers, I recommend a video named "Qiqi best heal?" (Note: I do not agree nor disagree with anything they say in the video).
you should've kept the two 2pc HP sets and replaced the sands for an ER one. Might've helped with those moments you had problems with getting the burst back up
as a person that love baizhu, i think that he and kokomi can be used for different situations. Baizhu heals and buff while kokomi heals and apply hydro very well. They both saved my abyss run this week resets i love my healers 😂
I don't know how many of you know this but when you have baizhu in your team and you collect things like berries, mint, sweet flower you get the point it will heal your character just for collecting things.
His C1 is for energy I think because I have his burst 100% uptime, and you should try his C2 👀 he heals and applies dendro just for attack without any other requirement
actually you want to build his hp to the cap of 50.000, it matters when you know his buff is stronger than Nahida's when the character you're buffing has 1000 EM.
You are correct. Some could be have been created by Nilou, but you would still want her in full HP. Since he was using Nihida and onfielding her, it's most likely that the Dendro aura was ALWAYS up.
I run him with 4pc Maiden Beloved for full healer. Does anyone know if this is viable enough or are there better options? I want to raise his healing output as much as possible so I opted for the Maiden team-wide healing bonus perk
If you’re maximizing healing, Maiden is THE set for it. You could use Clam for a little bit of extra damage, but if healing is what you are focused on, Maiden is better than Clam.

Raiden aggravate or Raiden chaos team isn't actually cope. You can a solid amount of multiplicative buffs from team. Take Yelan A4, Noblesse on Baizhu, Baizhu's A4, TTDS on Baizhu, Elegy on Yelan, Nahida's 250 EM from Q and you're getting yourself a variety of both multiplicative and additive buffs. Not to mention that TTDS buff isn't outlasted with Raiden considering 10s of Raiden matches 10s of TTDS. I've played it myself and Baizhu's shield prevents any extra interruption chances from happening to Raiden. Cyno can attempt to power through enemies but Cyno also has energy and can still take knockback. Raiden has the ability to tank head-on without interruption thanks to safety net Baizhu and high resistances to interruption. Why not get thr both of best worlds? Not to mention, you can even take out ASIMON if one phase isn't enough and increased resistances by ruin drake are countered by the other heavy hitting elemental dmg. When electro won't work, dendro will drive the damage. For Raiden, pyro is likely to nerf or even electro. You're getting more safety in Raiden chaos than in other Raiden teams which take more setup in a specific position than anywhere else which makes playing Raiden hypercarry or rational against Wenut, ruin serpent, or Thunderbird a nightmare. Like, the enemy counters it by just moving away. Same predicament as Eula faces when Maguu Kenki jukes Eula with a dodge

I often see people arguing about whether Kokomi or Baizhu are better healers but I never see people talking about Qiqi. I know she is quite niche but my Qiqi with minimal investment does 5k heals with her skill and amazing healing off field with her talisman. Just my opinion though 🤷
Maybe if his weapon's passive gave a party-wide shield strength buff instead of a personal elemental dmg buff? At least his shield wouldn't crack from a hilichurl's punch.

Kokomi's still better than him in Nilou bloom teams because of her AoE hydro. Baizhu is purely single target, so for dendro healers, yaoyao is better than him in Nilou bloom because she has AoE while Baizhu doesn't.

honestly, he works really well as a sub dps in a hyperbloom team. just have a kuki, him, yelan/xinqiu, and nahida/dmc

I'm mostly satisfied with how he works as a unit but my gooooddddd did they try their absolute hardest to set his banner up for failure 😢 but he was never the most popular character to begin with (unlike cyno or wanderer) so it is what it is i guess
I don't think it applies to Baizhu who is Liyuean and I see Baizhu having high relevance in Fontaine with his super high HP pool and is thr closest to being a tank.

Actually, Qiqi can easily get higher healing outputs, she's currently the healer who has the highest sustained single target healing in the game(in other word, the best healing in the game), and in co-op no one can even get close to her healing. ^^

Each tick of her mark can heal around the same as Baizhu's skill or a little bit less(8k-10k for each teammate), and it ticks every 1s-2s, she heals the whole team when she attacks during her skill(900-1.3k per NA), and she has 100% uptime.
With a normal build in co-op and no atk buffs, she can easily get a total of 25k-30k healing per 1 second, 1.5 million - 1.8 million per 60s, yes, million. ^^
@@-jno3164 it honestly doesn't even matter if her healing is better, because she doesn't fit many (if any) strong team comps that aren't made just for memes. Kokomi is one of the best hydro appliers and baizhu is really good for bloom/hyperbloom teams, both of them also having the ability to heal while providing good support for the team, so Qiqi is staying as the worse option.

@@havidikevidi My friend, I'm not saying she's a better "character", you don't need to use her if you don't want, but it's still a fact that she has the best healing in the game.
And there's no rotations in co-op, 3 dps characters and 1 healer is totally fine, and Qiqi does fit in the healer's role perfectly, she's the only healer who can heal with 100% uptime without having to be close to her teammates, add to that the fact that her healing is the highest.
@@havidikevidi + For the amount of healing, just to make it clear, I was talking about the full healing that goes to all teammates, as I said "a total of", so it's (6k-8k per sec/375k - 450k per 60s) for each person.
And it's a simple calculation, Qiqi's mark(burst and passive) has 50s uptime out of 60s, and each character can get around 40 hit, 40*8.5k = 340k
And Qiqi's skill has 30s out of 60s uptime, and she can do around 25 NA per 1 skill, with 2 skills it's 50. 50 * 1k(healing per NA) = 50k.
So in total it's around 390k per 60s, 6.5k per 1s for each person with normal build, and 1.5m per 60s, 26k per 1s for the 4 teammates.
Of course it does change depends on the team, players, builds, domain...etc, the calculation is just for the max healing possible, you will not be getting the perfect scenario every time, but even the half of it is still impressive.
If you want a video where you can see Qiqi's healing numbers, I recommend a video named "Qiqi best heal?" (Note: I do not agree nor disagree with anything they say in the video).

as a person that love baizhu, i think that he and kokomi can be used for different situations. Baizhu heals and buff while kokomi heals and apply hydro very well. They both saved my abyss run this week resets i love my healers 😂
I don't know how many of you know this but when you have baizhu in your team and you collect things like berries, mint, sweet flower you get the point it will heal your character just for collecting things.
And it works with Nahida's skill!

His C1 is for energy I think because I have his burst 100% uptime, and you should try his C2 👀 he heals and applies dendro just for attack without any other requirement
actually you want to build his hp to the cap of 50.000, it matters when you know his buff is stronger than Nahida's when the character you're buffing has 1000 EM.

You are correct. Some could be have been created by Nilou, but you would still want her in full HP.
Since he was using Nihida and onfielding her, it's most likely that the Dendro aura was ALWAYS up.

I run him with 4pc Maiden Beloved for full healer. Does anyone know if this is viable enough or are there better options? I want to raise his healing output as much as possible so I opted for the Maiden team-wide healing bonus perk
If you’re maximizing healing, Maiden is THE set for it. You could use Clam for a little bit of extra damage, but if healing is what you are focused on, Maiden is better than Clam.

Baizhu is more synergistic to Cyno than Raiden .. Plus Raiden Aggravate is cope team in my opinion .. Her other teams are way better ...
Raiden aggravate or Raiden chaos team isn't actually cope. You can a solid amount of multiplicative buffs from team. Take Yelan A4, Noblesse on Baizhu, Baizhu's A4, TTDS on Baizhu, Elegy on Yelan, Nahida's 250 EM from Q and you're getting yourself a variety of both multiplicative and additive buffs. Not to mention that TTDS buff isn't outlasted with Raiden considering 10s of Raiden matches 10s of TTDS. I've played it myself and Baizhu's shield prevents any extra interruption chances from happening to Raiden.
Cyno can attempt to power through enemies but Cyno also has energy and can still take knockback. Raiden has the ability to tank head-on without interruption thanks to safety net Baizhu and high resistances to interruption.
Why not get thr both of best worlds? Not to mention, you can even take out ASIMON if one phase isn't enough and increased resistances by ruin drake are countered by the other heavy hitting elemental dmg. When electro won't work, dendro will drive the damage. For Raiden, pyro is likely to nerf or even electro.
You're getting more safety in Raiden chaos than in other Raiden teams which take more setup in a specific position than anywhere else which makes playing Raiden hypercarry or rational against Wenut, ruin serpent, or Thunderbird a nightmare. Like, the enemy counters it by just moving away. Same predicament as Eula faces when Maguu Kenki jukes Eula with a dodge
raiden aggravate is not copium at all lmao its a good team whatsoever, but hyperbloom snd hypercarry teams are better

I often see people arguing about whether Kokomi or Baizhu are better healers but I never see people talking about Qiqi. I know she is quite niche but my Qiqi with minimal investment does 5k heals with her skill and amazing healing off field with her talisman. Just my opinion though 🤷

Kokomi's still better than him in Nilou bloom teams because of her AoE hydro. Baizhu is purely single target, so for dendro healers, yaoyao is better than him in Nilou bloom because she has AoE while Baizhu doesn't.
If you have Kokomi, I would just skip. Otherwise, you can pull Baizhu if you want.

He heals good, but his dendro app is so single target, and his shield is weird. If the enemy attacks fast, then you literally have no shield.
