CharIN MCS Marine Workshop: Electrification of Ports and Opportunities for the Marine Industry

This workshop intended to establish a foundational understanding of MCS, pinpoint gaps and opportunities across operational, technical, and regulatory domains for marine MCS, and foster consensus for international collaboration. The workshop series focused on commercial, DC fast charging for battery-driven marine vessels, with an emphasis on short-haul journeys like ferries, tugs, freshwater bulkers, river cruises, and offshore vessels.
