The problem we have is because Most people always taught that " you only need a good job to become rich. These billionaires are operating on a whole other playbook that many don't even know exists.
Money invested is far better than
money saved, when you invest it gives
you the opportunity to increase your
financial worth.
The wisest thing that should be on
everyone mind currently should be to
invest in different streams of income
that doesn't depend on government
paycheck, especially with the current
economic crisis around the world. This is still a time to invest in Stocks, Forex and Digital currencies.
Even with the right technique and
assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.
Trading under the guidance of an expert is the best strategy for beginners.

My old boss instilled a piece of knowledge on saving and investing early. I started investing $35 a pay period. I told him I can’t afford that, he replied: Son, you’ll never miss it once you get use to it. Every year add a portion of your raise to it. Son: you won’t miss it. 15 years later, I’ve invested and very happy I listened.

Creating wealth entails establishing positive routines, such as consistently setting aside funds at regular intervals for sound investments. Financial management is a vital subject that many avoid, often leading to future regrets.
Yes, I do presently practise modest living and prudent money management. My investments increased by 43% during the previous 19 months, adding more than $650K in earnings. But I'm nervous since I've lost money in the last month. I can't decide if I should sell everything now or wait.
The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.
May I know the name of the advisor who has been assisting you in navigating these financial challenges?
I'm guided by “Vivian Carol Gioia” an experienced coach with extensive financial market knowledge. While you can consider other options, her strategy has yielded positive results for me. She offers valuable insights, including entry and exit points for the securities I concentrate on.
Thanks a lot for this recommendation. I just looked her up, and I have sent her an email. I hope she gets back to me soon.
I realized that the secret to making a million is making better investment. I bought my 1st home at 21 for 87k sold for 197k, 2nd home 170k and sold for 320k, 3rd 300k and sold for 589k and buyers paid all closing costs expenses etc Not making up to a million before retirement is unfulfilled retirement.!!
I started out with a financial advisor called *"Rochelle Dungca Schreiber"*. Her honest approach gives me complete ownership and control of my positions, and her rates are incredibly affordable given my ROI. However, do your due diligence before contacting a financial advisor..
that's normal that buyers pay closing costs; you did too, when you bought, right?
Where did you buy? I live in NYC… seems impossible to buy a house on my end….
I want to learn how to trade after listening to a guy on radio talk about the importance of investing and how he made $460,000 in 4 months from $160k. Somehow this video has helped shed light on some things, but I'm confused about the current market volatility, i'm open to ideas...
Well the bigger the risk, the bigger the reward and such impeccable trades are better executed by professionals.
That's impressive! I could really use the expertise of this advsors.
Found her online page by searching her full name, I wrote her an email and scheduled a call, hopefully she responds
I bought an iphone 7 in 2017 and a year later started an online business making products. 6,000 product pictures later, I turned a pathetic $24,000 insurance salary into an $150,000 income being self-employed, all thanks to my iphone 7. I still use it and ain't thinking about switching because I only pay 15 bucks a month for my cell phone plan. It's sad to see all these people dropping a thousand bucks on a new iphone every year and not doing anything with them to turn their life around. People have no idea how life-changing the things they already own are.
What do you mean making products? How do you leverage an iPhone in that?

This is an inspiring video. I've come to realize that having a job is essential, but relying solely on it can limit your financial growth. With passive income, you have an additional stream of money that keeps flowing in, even if you're not actively working. It gives you financial security and opens up opportunities for more freedom and choices in life.
That sounds intriguing. Having a regular job isn't enough to sustain my needs. I'm a noob is stock trading and so on. How else do one generate passive income?

I completely agree. The first $100k was the toughest, and I didn't really start seriously investing until I was 30 back in 1998. Today, I'm 53 and have a decent $1.2M nest egg. After learning all of this, my only regret is not starting earlier when I was 25. It may not seem like much but those extra 5 years are the most important.
Thanks again for sharing all this information, still holding some cash the low is taking longer than expected but I am hanging in there meanwhile as holders we can still make good profit. I added $289k to my portfolio in a matter of months. You must look for support, in the right places.
@thelastunicorn1987 While market experience is important, if you perform the proper computations, you should be okay in no time. There have been stories of people making over $250k in just a few weeks or months, according to Bloomberg and other finance media, so I believe there has been a lot of wealth transfer during this downturn if you know where to look. Since I started employing an FA in 2019, I have generated at least $121k ROI.
@Stanley Edwin I'm not one to make such recommendations but finding financial advisors like KAITLIN ROSE STERNBERG who can assist you shape your portfolio would be a very creative option. There will be difficult times ahead, and prudent personal money management will be essential to navigating them.

It’s a good idea to diversify your portfolio across different stocks and sectors to minimize risk. I’ve heard of people accruing over $550k during recessions and inflation, its important to do your own research
Remember that investing in the stock market carries risks, and it’s important to do your own research and consult with a financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

Honest disclaimer. The mindset of jealousy is so common it is scary. It happens when people see people doing well not knowing how consistently the efforts paved the way. So good to see people rewarded and so good to bring others upward with you. It is best to invest in good health. Good to see you are doing well. Don't go into debt is good advice. . .

I never had a car loan until I was 27 and I signed up for it 60 month moan but I paid it off in 30 months. I don't like having a loan on something that can be gone/totaled out in an instant through no fault of my own. The only reason i financed it out to 60 months was to have flexibility in my payments. I knew that i could always afford the minimum payments but i always paid extra. Cause i learned that a car is not an asset but a liability/ means of transportation.
I still have that car after 6+ years and it's done really well. I am looking for a new used car (the car I've been talking about was already 5ish years old when i bought it). And will likely try to buy it out right if possible.
It is so crazy to me that people will have a thousand dollars+ car payment as apposed to a mortgage. At least a house will always appreciate in value.

I admire the financial independence of people, But you can live better if you work a little more. After watching this I think there are people out there, on the extreme, who plan to die early just to be able to retire early. To each their own but to me retirement isn't just about not having to work, it's about having the freedom to do whatever you might reasonably want, such as travel, buying things, enjoying life, etc. I don't think I could retire with less than $3m in income generating investments, maybe $2m at the very minimum. I plan to work until I'm at least 45.
Nobody knows anything, you need to create your own process, manage risk and stick to the plan, through thick or thin while also continuously learning from mistakes and improving.
I agree, I totally agree, I'm 52 and just retired with about 1.2 million in outside retirement funds, no debt and very small dollars in retirement funds compared to my balance of portfolio over the past 3 years to date. tbh, the role of the Fin-advisor can only be overlooked, not denied. just do your research to find a reputable one.

it hit hard for me when he said you don't need a brand new car... I was driving a pretty decent car that was fully paid, but I felt like i wanted something new and something different my reasoning was that I was always doing so much sacrifices lol I thought it would be a reward for something, but I have always been really great with money management as I am fully independent. I bought it last yr for 45k my plan is to fully paid it before the end of this year. Then save up to get a house next summer, as i live alone i am thinking to get 4 rooms/3 baths and rent out 2 rooms. Then maybe later do something more... I am not sure if this is a great plan though since I messed up with purchasing a new car. I like my car though it takes me where I need and some. 😊
Instead of a house have you considered a duplex? You live on one side then rent out the other side.

Given the current economic difficulties that the country is experiencing in 2023, how can we enhance our earnings during this period of adjustment? I cannot let my $680k savings vanish after putting in so much effort to accumulate them.
An obvious way to lnvest for a recession is to buy shares in businesses that are likely to experience steady demand even in a downturn. Investments are a way of providing funds for the generation of future income or profits. Investing allows individuals to put money aside while they go about their daily business, let the funds work for them, and earn income for their work in the future. It is important to invest wisely, make informed decisions and carefully weigh the risks and potential rewards associated with each investment opportunity.
