The wisest thing that should be on
everyone mind currently should be to
invest in different streams of income
      that doesn't depend on government

Even with the right technique and
assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

My old boss instilled a piece of knowledge on saving and investing early. I started investing $35 a pay period. I told him I can’t afford that, he replied: Son, you’ll never miss it once you get use to it. Every year add a portion of your raise to it. Son: you won’t miss it. 15 years later, I’ve invested and very happy I listened.

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. Speaking with a consultant helped me stay afloat in the market and grow my portfolio to about 65% since January, even though I know it sounds obvious or generic. I believe that is the most effective way to enter the business at the moment.

I bought an iphone 7 in 2017 and a year later started an online business making products. 6,000 product pictures later, I turned a pathetic $24,000 insurance salary into an $150,000 income being self-employed, all thanks to my iphone 7. I still use it and ain't thinking about switching because I only pay 15 bucks a month for my cell phone plan. I never had a car loan until I was 27 and I signed up for it 60 month moan but I paid it off in 30 months. I don't like having a loan on something that can be gone/totaled out in an instant through no fault of my own. The only reason i financed it out to 60 months was to have flexibility in my payments. I knew that i could always afford the minimum payments but i always paid extra. Cause i learned that a car is not an asset but a liability/ means of transportation.
I still have that car after 6+ years and it's done really well. I am looking for a new used car (the car I've been talking about was already 5ish years old when i bought it). And will likely try to buy it out right if possible.
It is so crazy to me that people will have a thousand dollars+ car payment as apposed to a mortgage. At least a house will always appreciate in value.

I admire the financial independence of people, But you can live better if you work a little more. After watching this I think there are people out there, on the extreme, who plan to die early just to be able to retire early. To each their own but to me retirement isn't just about not having to work, it's about having the freedom to do whatever you might reasonably want, such as travel, buying things, enjoying life, etc. I don't think I could retire with less than $3m in income generating investments, maybe $2m at the very minimum. I plan to work until I'm at least 45.

it hit hard for me when he said you don't need a brand new car... I was driving a pretty decent car that was fully paid, but I felt like i wanted something new and something different my reasoning was that I was always doing so much sacrifices lol I thought it would be a reward for something, but I have always been really great with money management as I am fully independent. I bought it last yr for 45k my plan is to fully paid it before the end of this year. Then save up to get a house next summer, as i live alone i am thinking to get 4 rooms/3 baths and rent out 2 rooms. Then maybe later do something more... I am not sure if this is a great plan though since I messed up with purchasing a new car. I like my car though it takes me where I need and some. 😊

I have researched all that I can, but I feel that I am missing something that will make me lose everything. For example, I found this vacant garage which was previously Midas ready to be rented but I got fearful. What should I watch out for? I love cars and like to get into a real-estate which I can run a business when I retire in a few years. There isn't enough data that shows real-estate property sales in my area. How do I value a mechanic shop or make sure it does not have a hidden environmental issue?

Investments are a way of providing funds for the generation of future income or profits. Investing allows individuals to put money aside while they go about their daily business, let the funds work for them, and earn income for their work in the future.
