I'm sure when they were getting started, they had people they looked at and thought "I'll never be that good." You don't have to be as good as them at being Dragonforce. You just have to be good at being you.
don't let it demotivate you. they are in this nice super high skill league. you don't have to be anywhere close to that technical to make music people enjoy. The thing I like about DragonForce is that they aren't just mindless shredders but they are also very melodic players. There seems to be lots of lightning fast shredders who just make unlistenable noise but I actually enjoy listening to DF. They are musical as well as technical. It's like if Iron Maiden got a Super Mario Star power up.

This one time DragonForce helped me a lot when this girl I was in love with did not feel the same way. Now I am so incredibly lucky and found someone who loves me as I love her. She even loves the same music, this band for instance :D now at the moment we live in seperate towns, becouse job is hard to get in her town. And now again DragonForce helps me, with the longing for her. Like with her, words can`t describe how much I love this band, and how grateful I am for their existence. DragonForce forever!
I got friend zoned pretty hard by a girl and was pretty down in the heaps, but Dragon Force pulled me out and gave me hope when I took a good listen to the lyrics of Through The Fire And Flames, "Quest carriers on","So now we fly ever free". Dragon Force is not just a great wrist/arm workout (drummers) it's also a source of power for some people, it's in the genre POWER metal!!!
This song takes me back to high school when I was going through a rough time and I found peace in metal music, even though I had listened to metal my whole life it finally felt like it meant more than just music. I really connected with it. Instead of taking out my anger on people or myself I'd just put on some Maiden or Dragonforce and it just made everything better! Sitting here now all these years later, really brings back some memories...rock on everyone \m/

I like DragonForce because they have the voices if the old 80s metal bands with the new fast sounding guitars and drums. I normally listen to punk but this is just badass.
That's not really all uncommon in power metal. Dragonforce's niche to the rest of the genre is their tendency to making long, drawn-out guitar solos. I do find it fairly interesting Dragonforce are English, yet take on an Americanized power metal sound.

Eh. I'm not a fan of everyone having the same gear, same stats, classes and specs being too similar, that kind of deal. I'm still really enjoying Legion, but there was a DISTINCT difference in a player who had grinded their ass off and had the Corrupted Ashbringer, as opposed to Blizz just giving it out but I suppose going through levels 1-110 would warrant that for the paladin story progression.
I don't get why people hate on Dragonforce lol. Like people ran out of stuff to hate one day and they saw DF. The only problem I see is the [not really] repetitive stuff in their songs, and it's not even that bad. What's to dislike about epic solos everywhere!?

Ah! The memories of this song and all that I have associated with it! I used to listen to a certain playlist of the same exclusive songs when reading a book series that fit the mood of the story and this particular song has accompanied through some very intense plot twists and definetly one of the most epic endings of any trilogy I have ever read. It all comes back to me when I listen to this song now: Crashing clouds, dragons fighting Giants, loved ones dying, a breaking horizon! So intense and vivid pictures in my memories all coming back flashing through my mind alongside the tunes of this song - I cant say much more than wow!

The song has so many phrases that are so similar that all you need to do is memorize a a few things and break down the other bits into smaller pieces. Being in a marching band has helped me understand music and enjoy it way more.
John Adams Give Titanfall a try then. It has some of CoD's feel in it, but it's just so much better. And it has giant pilotable mechs, which makes it even better. More so because, while the Titans can totally massacre hordes of infantry, the maps are designed in such a way that infantry can get away from Titans (and on top of titans to kill them) easily.

I remember back in my high school days I was so depressed but DragonForce was always there for me. I will never forget this amazing band.
This one time DragonForce helped me a lot when this girl I was in love with did not feel the same way. Now I am so incredibly lucky and found someone who loves me as I love her. She even loves the same music, this band for instance :D now at the moment we live in seperate towns, becouse job is hard to get in her town. And now again DragonForce helps me, with the longing for her. Like with her, words can`t describe how much I love this band, and how grateful I am for their existence. DragonForce forever!

I got friend zoned pretty hard by a girl and was pretty down in the heaps, but Dragon Force pulled me out and gave me hope when I took a good listen to the lyrics of Through The Fire And Flames, "Quest carriers on","So now we fly ever free". Dragon Force is not just a great wrist/arm workout (drummers) it's also a source of power for some people, it's in the genre POWER metal!!!

This song takes me back to high school when I was going through a rough time and I found peace in metal music, even though I had listened to metal my whole life it finally felt like it meant more than just music. I really connected with it. Instead of taking out my anger on people or myself I'd just put on some Maiden or Dragonforce and it just made everything better! Sitting here now all these years later, really brings back some memories...rock on everyone \m/
Ofcourse my dude, music is more than music... it's literally a mood, depending on the music you're exposed to, it can affect the way you feel, one big example... say in a movie theater, you're watching friday the 13th... or something scary... you replace that scary tone with something around the lines of Looney toons theme song... it becomes way less scary, trust me music is more than just music, it has so much power... power most don't seem to realize

I like DragonForce because they have the voices if the old 80s metal bands with the new fast sounding guitars and drums. I normally listen to punk but this is just badass.

That's not really all uncommon in power metal. Dragonforce's niche to the rest of the genre is their tendency to making long, drawn-out guitar solos. I do find it fairly interesting Dragonforce are English, yet take on an Americanized power metal sound.
I normaly listen to (compared to this) rather capm progressive rock. But damn I really love hearing this and I really need this from time to time!

Eh. I'm not a fan of everyone having the same gear, same stats, classes and specs being too similar, that kind of deal. I'm still really enjoying Legion, but there was a DISTINCT difference in a player who had grinded their ass off and had the Corrupted Ashbringer, as opposed to Blizz just giving it out but I suppose going through levels 1-110 would warrant that for the paladin story progression.

It is kind of repetitive but not really. Like they have different melodies in there songs and there music makes you feel powerful, Mentally of course. lol

I used to listen to a certain playlist of the same exclusive songs when reading a book series that fit the mood of the story and this particular song has accompanied through some very intense plot twists and definetly one of the most epic endings of any trilogy I have ever read.
It all comes back to me when I listen to this song now:

Repetition builds muscle memory. It is easier than it looks.
The song has so many phrases that are so similar that all you need to do is memorize a a few things and break down the other bits into smaller pieces. Being in a marching band has helped me understand music and enjoy it way more.
The part from 4:36 to 6:35 is why "Repeat A-B" exists.

More so because, while the Titans can totally massacre hordes of infantry, the maps are designed in such a way that infantry can get away from Titans (and on top of titans to kill them) easily.
