Yeah, you can. The experience gained when you're a higher level becomes less and less. If you have the Growth Ring or Ascent Ring and throw Yulin in the support slot, you can still get 100+ experience per fight roughly at level 98. Also the less characters on the battle field, the more experience everyone else gets that's still on it.

@@hartonowijaya7823 just keep using Momo to level other people and he'll get to 99 no problem. Especially with Yulin in the support slot and someone equipping the Growth/Ascent Rings.
I managed to use the level jump to get my char to lvl 99. But i wonder whats the point of it beside the achievement. Unless there are extra dungeons with super hard enemy and boss, its not worth it to level up in this game. All the boss are not that hard

That's what I like to hear! Nice job! Having less characters gives the ones in the party more exp, it's a pretty cool Suikoden trick.
Did the same run with level 42 full party and reached level 79. So if you wanna shave some time and quick power level Momo is a destroyer.
Year remember doing it on first Suikoden at the end of the game also lol. Happy even leveling was the same.
Was this patched? I made a party of just momo and nowa, and with both ascent and growth badges with yulin and they're barely getting exp

shame you can't flee in this mode to skip the boss, but getting yourself killed also works but it's quite difficult with a tanky frontliner lol

There's extra content that's pretty intense unless you're built well.

If you beat Normal Mode (26 floors), you get Endless Mode unlocked. You don't have to change the difficulty of the game itself.
