G'day Scott. It's been a while since we last spoke. I'm trying my best to keep up with you and everyone else, so not much time for comments. Mate, this NF recipe couldn't be any easier for practicality and flavour. Nice use of the Thyme. I noticed you used bone in thighs, is this a personal preference? Or is it a butcher thing bone in skin on? Your chopping board is showing signs of wear n tare.🤔 OK Scott thanks again for your time and efforts to bring to us great recipes and cooking techniques. Take care now ya'hear. 👍
