Tried your recipe and absolutely loved the results! Thighs tasted so much better with the infused Better Than Bullion Chicken Flavor! What a great idea!!
I’ll have to try this. I always buy an 8 pack of chicken thighs and cook 4 for the dinner, then freeze the other 4 in a food saver bag. I was thinking that if you empty the broth from the pan you can de-fat the broth, and make a gravy out of the “drippings” to put over the potatoes or whatever else you prepare for the dinner. Come to think of it, you could probably cut a potato into three big chunks and put that on top of the thighs during the pressure cook. You will have infused mashed potatoes! Also, I always spritz a little olive oil into the basket to help prevent sticking. It only helps. The skin always seems to stick a little.
Be careful because the Better then bouillon is soooooo salty you better not add any extra salt. A cheap can of chicken broth works better and is less expensive.
Thank you for your videos. I saw this one about 2 weeks ago, and decided to try it tonight. Just came back to watch again, before I started, to make sure I did it right lol. I tried a few of your "recipes" previously, and was very pleased with the end result 😀 One last thing...my mom always said if you can't say anything nice don't say anything at all, and tbh backhanded compliments don't really count either.🤷♀️ But imma just leave that right there, and hope future posters can appreciate that moving forward 👀
@@ScottCooks you're welcome! I like to see videos from people who aren't "the usual suspects" lol. You men have different ideas and ways of doing things, and tbh I'm cooking for my husband so if another man likes it so will he😄 Keep up the great work! And btw I followed your recipe last night, and didn't have as great a turnout as yours...smh. I should've expected it though all of my Pinterest tries are disastrous too Lord a mercy 🤦♀️
This is the first of your vids Ive seen and yes, great vid and I did subscribe. But have to agree with previous comment THE FINGER NAILS!. Deff clean them for next vid unless its gonna be a tutorial on changing your engine oil! I did notice that the thighs stuck a bit to the air fryer pot. Im thinking to give the surface a spritz of olive oil before putting in the chicken. Thanks for posting, looking forward to seeing more from you.
Thighs come with added fat strips...i trim most of the fat off before air frying. Your right, that bouilon is expensive....over 6 dollars in my neck of the woods. Why not use a regular chicken broth?
Better then bouillon has added flavors that REALLY add a punch to food. I like regular broth for stuff that I might be seasoning later. But if I want that "kick" "infused" into the meat I break out the Better Than
Thank you for your videos! They are great! My suggestion, though, is to make sure your fingernails are clean. It's not appealing to see someone cooking with dirty fingernails.
Marvin... Scientists have Just discovered that the heat produced while cooking actually KILLS bacteria! Who knew? (Apparently everyone BUT you) Furthermore, most people who actually know the Proper prepping techniques understand that Unnecessarily washing raw poultry can INCREASE your chances of spreading bacteria from splashing bacteria all over sink/counter tops.
The first two chicken thighs stuck really badly! Scott just left the last two thighs alone, in order not to be embarassed. Scott needs a manicure before filming future videos. I don't think this air fryer is all that great!
Wondering chicken is chicken. Why do you have to add chicken to chicken. It is chicken right! It looks good but maybe too much chicken broth...lol Sorry it looks good. Next time try to inject the chicken with it
your constant MOVEMENT (of the camera) is Nauseating...but, the recipe sounds great ! and your HANDS. we don't need to see you WAVING THEM in front of the camera....

Glad you liked it!!
Four chicken thighs 3 cups of water two teaspoons of better than bouillon and a partridge in a pear tree! ;-) hahaha
I was thinking 3cups of water 2 teaspoons of better than bouillon and one Ninga foody. lol
Look good. I'm doing mine now. Greetings from Polnad
I really enjoyed your video can you make more thank you
I like 350 better when I cook things don’t usually like the super hot temps.it can take a little longer but the browning is very good and beautiful
I make this ALL the time now! Thank you for the recipe!
You are so welcome! Better then Bouillon adds SO much flavor!

Great ideas! Sometimes I do make gravy with drippings.
What a great recipe and I also took your advice and sprayed the air fryer basket and the thighs did not stick.
I’ve made these several times. Family loves them!
Yo Scott how are you doing and I know things are going well for you and your kin. I loved this recipe and it came out so banging!!!
Better then Bouillon is a flavor bomb! I use it often and it just improves everything! Thanks for watching
Ok thank You so much for the ideas 💡
They look so crispy and wonderful.
Spray oil on basket before air frying. So food won’t stick

I should get some of this in beef and Chicken.
looks great
It was! Thank you!
They look very good.
I always look to see your videos
I would love to have heard you try it to see if it worked so that I can do it in the future because I love chicken thighs.

Going to try this today for dinner.
Well ... how did it taste Scott????
Incredible! If I ever cook anything that doesn't come out good I usually say it on camera. This was very very good!

Fair enough!
Do you empty the water before you air fry
Oh my 😋
Indeed!

That jar also makes 38 cups of broth. Much cheaper than the cartons with better flavor and versatility.

And clean the chicken before you cook it! 😳😳😳
They tell you not to wash the chicken before hand.
I can’t watch this !!🤢
Ok miss prissy complaining 🙄 seriously! So rude
He didn’t clean the chicken WOW
Oh no! Next time I'll throw them in the washing machine for ya...
Not supposed to clean poultry

(Apparently everyone BUT you) Furthermore, most people who actually know the Proper prepping techniques understand that Unnecessarily washing raw poultry can INCREASE your chances of spreading bacteria from splashing bacteria all over sink/counter tops.
You can spread bacteria all over your sink, cloth, draining board, everything, never wash chicken, handle it as little as possible.
The first two chicken thighs stuck really badly! Scott just left the last two thighs alone, in order not to be embarassed. Scott needs a manicure before filming future videos. I don't think this air fryer is all that great!

It gives it a more intense chicken flavor.
Please clean your fingernails before making food videos!!
