Do you have a recommended charger and or required connections for the 3c batteries of the E180 Steve?

Well, I haven't bought a charger in many years... I have 8 single battery chargers and 2 quad chargers... The chargers I have aren't made anymore... since you are new to the hobby the best thing would be an inexpensive 1 to 6s charger with a balance lead.. I would recommend to always balance charger your batteries to keep them as healthy as possible and never let them get below 3.7 per cell... A lipo voltage meter would be a good tool to have to check voltage when you are out flying.
I never used this brand before but it's sold by Horizon Hobby and their customer service is Great!

Hi, nice video... I also have the 180 and have been trying to set it up with a TX 12 controller, similar to yours I believe, I am really struggling with the default settings and no idea how you make the appropriate switch into the 3D / 6G switch..., could you let me know what settings you have found to work on the controller, oh, and how do you do the switch... Thanks Malc UK Quite new to Helis, Drones normally. All very much appreciated...

Hey Malcolm, Thanks for the comment... Do you have the Jumper T12 with OPEN TX? If so, are you familiar with all the parameter settings pages? Just trying to figure the most direct way to help you out.

@@DaddysRCAddiction Sorry.. so what is the Jumper T12 I've got the Radiomaster TX12, that's all I know, yes I am familiar with the menus and parameter settings, within reason... Ta

Hi, I've looked at the Jumper TX12, it is the same as the Radiomaster TX12, the buttons look a bit different but asking about it is the same radio. Ta

Been researching my first CP Heli and after dozens of RUclips video's I think this will be my choice for a beginner/intermediate CP Heli. What would you say the distance is on far you can fly it from the transmitter? Thx for the video btw!

Thanks for the comment!... I believe you will have plenty of range... it's a small heli, so unless you are doing FPV with it you will loss sight/orientation before signal... But I believe with no obstructions you should get at least 100 yards or so... But always do a range test before you fly!!!
