Helium tested both mics multiple times before the battle, you can see it in the livestream. That singing part at the beginning of Osis rd 2 was pretty quiet on the livestream. I think most of the volume difference you may be hearing is the post production that was done for the video to balance it out.

@wooshbait36 Dlow can copy almost everything there are some things he can't copy or can't do unless in certain conditions and yes he copies 10 sec sections not the entire beat because putting together a entire beat after hearing for one time is basically impossible

Helium is such a great beatboxer, but i always feel like he's holding back, he's bound by his style of beatbox. I watched his levels of beatboxing video, where he goes from beginner to hard difficulty or something like that, he has such good ideas, but when he battles or does a wildcard, he barely shows the other things he could do.

Helium is compared to all other beatboxers in my opinion doesn’t do any mistakes almost at all. But he needs to start give flavor into it and risk the perfection for more craziness cause the beatboxing is getting better and better. He can still do half a round to perfection cause that shows just how precise he is. But I think all would be so shocked if he came one GBB and just had 5 half rounds of totally insane beats that doesn’t need to be fast or anything, just something that could contribute to his style of beatboxing with something out of the blue into his rounds would make him probably win the entire thing. He is kinda predictable.

You right, something of the mics is off , somewhat it feels like one of the mics is always louder, somthing that is not need to happen and I home they catch on it too and mybe fixing it in the rounds at least I hope so I hope so,. So you dont need to carfuly say 'dont catch me on my word on that' because you defenitly right about it.
I think Helium lost it on the part where his lyrics got incomprehensible and his extreme dependency on DnB. Osis on the other hand, added lyrics and made his routines more recognizable, and his complex patterns blended brilliantly with his bass textures. That's an online perspective tbh, can't really say how it was in the moment.
Identity and artistic flare are some things that come to mind. Helium’s technique and proficiency are incredible, but as you talked about, he needs to create routines / pieces that are more creatively compelling

His routines mostly feel like a mix of pretty sick drum patterns, and not a track which he curated himself (artistic attribute). Osis made track like routines, and you can see in R1, people were shouting the lyrics, which connected the audience more to the performance.
