It may not match the Framework laptops in terms of upgradeability, but I hope the modding community can do something like maybe adding a touchpad on a custom body or replace the display with a larger one once ADATA releases 3D design files in the future. I hope they will deliver.

If they add at least one touchpad this device would be perfect!! I would totally drop my Legion Go more it.

Love the upgradable concept and ram slot and sharing the 3d files day one for third party accessories. All that said 7in is just too small I’ve used my ally for a year but just downgraded to a oxp2 for the bigger screen. Also I think all controllers need to be detachable not for the tabletop mode aspect but for further upgrade and customization and easy replacement

When do they plan to release this? They should change the colour of the buttons, adjust the shape of it a bit so that it doesn't look like a cross section of a christmas tree lol
Aside from that the upgradeable RAM and SSD is awesome. Hopefully it comes with an OLED display, and a decent built in stand. I also think these devices should include a tiny stylus similar to Samsung's Note smartphones so that Windows is easier to navigate.
I would vote for them to prioritize next gen hardware, and offer a more premium/pro tier device, with great specs like 32GB of ram and OLED. Or launch 2 tiers, one pro, and another entry level device for those that want a cheaper option.
