    What a great find…it’s the perfect workout I was looking for to add to my cardio and you guys are great at motivating me to finish every day. Currently down to 185lbs. from 272lbs. and off all my diabetes medications with the help of your videos! Thanks!

    I have been followed you and continue exercising 3days a week ( 1 hour)for almost 3 weeks. I shed 10 lbs( also watch my calorie intake). I've noticed results my thighs are thinner and waist reduced. 10lbs more to go to reach my ideal weight. You're phenomenal, guys. Keep doing the great job. X.O.X.O -Liz.

    I have had these for several weeks ruclips.net/user/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    This is my first time do this 17 min upper body workout . It’s a good workout . Push ourselves since no one can do it for us. It encourage me since I try to skip the workout today . However I check it off my list . Feel proud of myself . Thank you for the encouragement wording. The coach always say burn is good . Don’t feel it yet. I may feel it when my fitness level is more improving . 😀😀

    Good vid. I’m 65 with multiple injuries and living in a small space. (No I’m not in jail) I bought some 5 kilo weights, and this workout is perfect as I’m recovering from a shoulder injury. I add a bit of walking and swimming, should be back to normal in a few months. Thank you.

    I LOVE this workout! Feels just the right pace and range of exercises & I'm genuinely learning to love the burn. I've been doing HASfit workouts since the beginning of the year and I can say with honesty that you have completely changed how I feel about exercise. I do them nearly every day now and see them as a form of self-care to look forward to, rather than a punishment to feel resentful towards. It has really helped my mental wellness during the pandemic too, as I'm sure it has many others.You guys are so real, friendly & encouraging- it feels like you want everyone to succeed!     Hi to my favourite workout partners. I have lost more weight working out with you and walking then I did joining a gym for a year. People ask me how I am looking better each day and I tell them I work out with you two beautiful people three times a week and walk as much as possible.     Thank you for the fun video! It is so fast paced, I never have a second to worry about how much longer I have to go :) I'm it using every other day, along with my cardio workouts. Thanks for leaving in the grunts, sweat and pain you have while doing it, makes me feel not so wimpy lol I have had a rough 7yrs with my health and had gained a ton of weight from medications and inactivity but since April, my disease has calmed down and I'm feeling back to me. So I started small with keeping track of calories then slowly added in workout dvds I could do during nap times, and now I'm down to 195 lbs from 250 lbs. I feel amazing! I needed something to add into my routine that would make my slandering top more defined and I couldn't be more excited to have come across you guys. Thanks for pushing me!

    I love coach Kozak and Claudia especially their words of encouragement to keep going and not give up. It really helps. Thank you both!!! Can you suggest which dumbbell exercises is best to lose arm fat?

      Unfortunately you can't spot reduce fat, so working out one area of your body really hard doesn't help to remove fat in that area. We recommend total body HIIT's as the fastest way to shed fat all over your body.
