2nd wale (FBB) and 4th wale me kya difference h. Both white

2nd one is FBB and 4th one is SBS. If you tear FBB the pulp will be yellowish. If you tear SBS pulp will be white - means higher amount of bleach used to make it white. SBS is mainly used for cosmetics boxes and gives a bright white appearance and good finish on printing. FBB is generally used for all other carton boxes.

For food grade (if primary contact) you need to have poly coated board [ which is not shown in the video - use either FBB or SBS board and have it coated with PE to get the same]. For secondary packaging, generally most food companies use GREY BACK / FBB - but you can use any of the boards above.
