- Here is how you get the RUclips Gaming Sponsor button! This icon is very similar to Twitch's "subscribe" button... Same rules apply to RUclips's. It allows your supporters to spend 5 dollars to help fund the stream and get additional features other people can't receive. Such as exclusive chat emojis, icon badge, sponsor only chat room, not effected by slow-mo chat, etc. I think it is amazing how RUclips is finally giving this to all livestreamers too.

I have the sponsor buttom only on youtube gaming channel not on youtube channel. How can I get the RUclips gaming sponsor button also on my RUclips channel ?
The sponsor button is only available on RUclips Gaming or next to your chatbox on a live stream... Other than that I don't think it can be shown anywhere else. That'd be neat if they added it onto your RUclips channel page though!

Hey. Any idea how to find out when this will come out for new countries? It has been stuck to 40 countries since the beggining :(
There is a way where you can bypass the location you live in to have a RUclips sponsorship. For new countries being added to the sponsorship program, I have no news about it... One can only hope it'll be soon!
Fatal Onion The RUclipsr can but also the sponsors have to switch their location, so that's not really an option.

Yes ya do! You need to meet certain requirements to have monetization enabled though. 4,000 total hours of video watched in the last 12 months and at least 1,000 subscribers.

Is there a way I can hide the small icon you get when you support someone?
I want to support certain people on youtube but I don't want to feel like I'm flaunting just by posting a random comment.
In short, the small icon makes me uncomfortable and I would like it to be private.
As I am aware, there is no way to prevent the icon from appearing. I do think that would be a great idea if RUclips incorporated something like that though...

So, sponsorship is working only when you do livestreams ?
Anyone can sponsor your channel... But you only can see the benefits of being a sponsor when you are livestreaming. So, if I went to RUclips Gaming and looked up your channel I could pay to sponsor you. You'd get the paid support, I'd get the rewards of being a sponsor. I'd only get to see my name badge, custom emojis, and such when I am talking in your livestream. Nothing will be able to be seen when commenting on regular videos. I hope this explains it a little bit, FSX xD

You have to go under your channel settings and see if you’re eligible. So I couldn’t provide a link for you.

I know for full name, phone number, email, but what is title and company name, what should i put there ?
What I put there was my RUclips name since I consider it as a “company” and the title, I put my name as well. I haven’t had any problems with me putting that information there.
Well I did the same as you said, and I have now my sponsor button, also 2 guys sponsored me but trick is that I dont see how much I've earned from sponsor, Im partnered with curse network and they told me superchat/sponsor will be shown on my yt channel and on their page, i dont see anything of these. Where do you track how much u have earned from superchat or sponsor ?
There is an option to see under the RUclips analytics I believe or you can use a website called StreamLabs to track all donations, subscribers, etc. And that is awesome to hear man, what a way to start off your sponsor button :)

Does anybody know where the money you get from sponsors goes?
All of your money earned from sponsors will be paid out when you receive your monthly payment from RUclips.

I hate sponsor only chats they just force you to support them and buy hate it
In some ways, it is good though. Think about it, you are supporting your favorite creators and being able to speak to them in a one on one situation... Kind of. Say someone has a few thousand people watching them, you can't expect to read every message like that. If sponsor only chat is on, both the creator and those who wish to support the stream can speak to each other without hundreds of messages going through a minute.
