Omg thank you, I couldnt figure out why the lid wasnt fitting on. I noticed that the x inside the filter had a longer groove, but didnt notice it on the filter. Thanks!
No it’s not. Just bought this item and I needed a video as the cover won’t close properly. According to the description wash your hands before unwrapping the filter. 1. Flush filter with cold water for 15 seconds ( which he said). 2. Insert filter into reservoir. Press firmly. 3. Add cold tap water. 4. Replace filter every 40 gallons or 2 months. Video for helpful!

I thought you had to refill it and discard three times before using! Thank you for showing your set up.
