I cannot believe, the directions on the box of the filter, did not say anything about turning on that light from red to green under that lid. I kept trying and trying till I checked out your video. I am SO happy you showed us this. Thank you SO much!!

Wait don’t feel bad I’ve had those pitchers for years I would refill where the actual water spout is !.. I’m looking at the videos I’m like no I been refilling the water in the wrong section!..😮
Thank you for your demo on You Tube. I thought I was pretty dumb for not knowing how to take the pitcher apart to get to the water filters stored inside. And thank you for showing us how to use the filter reset button. That's a great option to indicate when to replace the filter.
Quick question - while pouring the water into a full glass, does the green light flicker on/off and completely turn off while the pour continues? Can you show a full glass pour? That would help me understand if my new Brita is defective or not. Thank you

Just bought a Brita pitcher like yours, My white lid opener doesn’t flip the lid open like yours did. Is there some trick to that or is mine just broken?
Holy cow I have spent a couple of hours already and I can’t get the lid to stay on. A part pops off when I close it. Yikes. This will be returned tomorrow. I can’t find a video that helps.
When you fill up the reservoir do you have to let the water run through the filter or can you fill up the reservoir and then just pour it out through the filter?

my lid doesn't fit right. when I pop it on the lid pops up and gets stuck

Is the top reservoir put in backwards? That was my issue

Can you fill to the fill line twice to fill up the reservoir? Or do you not want to fully submerge the filter?
Thats what I want to know. It doesn’t give you much water. Unless they think you’re only drinking a bit at a time. 🙄

I see this is really useless filter .. I doubt it is really filtering anything.
