A pool is a lot of work and money! We had a pool on our first home when we sold our home and was purchasing our next we made a point that it wouldn’t have a pool, when the kids were younger it was worth it, when they got older and moved away we were over it
I understand that! I personally love the pool so it's worth it to me for now but who knows when I get a little older. I love to put music on and float around and read in the summer ☀️ Malcolm doesn't let me do that as much as Iike but I know he will love it as he gets older. My other kids are grown and they maybe use it once a week 🙃 🙄 They are soo busy.

I love your backyard and your house. The yard is great to entertain in and I’m sure you get good use with the pool. My question is why is the pool always green when you open it and why always the worms?
I don't have an honest answer for that. I don't know if the weather that always had it green. We close it early ish so the weather is still decently warm so even though we add closing chemicals it still turns with algae. The worms are a mystery. Maybe with all the rain they slither up from the grass and end up in the pool? No idea!! Our cover allows water through it but don't understand how frogs and worms end up under there.
You’re probably closing it too early. We always wait until the temps stay around 55. You shouldn’t have green water in the spring if you do this.
Oh definitely!! We have to close it early though because we get too busy in the fall to maintain it so it's ok that we spend a week vacuuming and getting it right. It stays clear all season though! It's just our busy schedule

Your back yard is so inviting. I'm glad you posponed the remodeling out there. You should spend the beautiful summer days enjoying the pool.
Time went too quickly and now it is too hot. We are getting a new grill this year and I will spruce it up a bit but leaving the big remodel until next spring when it is cooler out.
Can you share model information for your power washer with the brush feature? I’ve never seen one like that before and it would be so useful for our front steps.
