That music at 7:20 and while Ethan is laying out with the sunset is too amazing. It made me reflect on all the past movies where he completed the mission. too cool
@@TruthAplomado remind me the last time Ethan went rock climbing since MI 2? I know that’s why this scene is here, but if you show Ethan rock-climbing in the second movie, have it pay off in the same movie
Well that is among the best fake outs I've ever experienced in a film, I legit thought they had failed and the nukes went off when that flash happened only to reveal it was just the sun peaking over the Mountaintops, my heart was in my mouth until I see the key in Ethan's mouth
I’ll always love these sequence for a lot of things, but aside from the cinematics I really love the trust the team has. The way they had no other option but trust each others task in the worst possible scenario. Gives me goosebumps
@dadada486 Love how you try to play the "smart" angle. It's an action movie. It's not from lack of knowledge. It's called being able to distinguish fiction from reality. You'll be able to get it eventually 👍
Would love to see them do a fight like this again but in another movie. Henry Cavill’s character’s death is probably one of the worst deaths I’ve seen and I’ve seen so many action movies
That rope and hook constantly breaking and catching rock lips while supporting a falling helicopter is definitely one of the less believable parts of the film.
Not at all actually, that's a heavy cargo hook not a weak lightweight hook you're imagining. I know because for the longest time I had the same problem with this hook as you do. But if you see, that hook is under a lot of tension. Meant to hold cargo for the heli, and now it is holding the heli and the rope itself. Impacts with which it is hitting the rocks' lips is carrying an insane amount of force so it is obvious that it gets embedded in the rocks plus the hook itself is quite heavy so it doesn't bounce up when breaking from the rock as there isn't a large enough rebound energy source. It's just about the weights and tension involved.
"He'll get it done." Luther knows. That's why he's been Ethan's right hand man for so long.
Facts. A1 since day 1, he know wassup
Kinda imagine if he's with Ethan during the whole Ghost Protocol
also because it's in the script
Also, if Luther's wrong, they'll never know
He also red the script
The cut to the sunset at moment of potential blast is perfection and then the fade to know the outcome is so cathartic.

All those Rock Climbing on Mountains have really paid off for Ethan
That's why i love about the character. His training is different yet it is always needed in every situation.

Why isn’t anyone talking about Lorne Balfe’s score it’s amazing “the last resort” 6:33
That’s literally the reason I watched this video
I'm here for that track lol
Fantastic scene with a near perfect score. Balfe is the new Zimmer.
❤️
his composition for the entire film enhanced everything about every scene so very much
Lorne Balfe's score is beyond brilliant!.

Ethans probably the first person to disarm a bomb using just his teeth 🤣

Incredible how fast the helicopters are. They take off in northern Pakistan and 10 minutes later they crash at the Preikestolen in Southern Norway
Incredible how people nitpick action movies like Mission Impossible
@@Tipsy.42no, but it a little patronising to think people won't notice. We're not all ignoramuses who don't know where Pakistan and Norway are.

“Ma Man”
I have seen this movie and I looooove it
Love to see Rebecca and Michelle in this climax scene , I hope Rebecca's character not be killed off in the next MI7 and 8 films
M8 will be the last, since 7 is a part 1

yeah about that
awesome scene and movie !
My fav Action movie of all time.
Tom Cruise can even kill Man of Steel
4:59 If you look closely you can see Moviepass burning in the wreckage.
Who else was afraid to breathe?
2:48 to 4:53 - Ethan Hunt Vs August Walker
Or for the record, I should probably call Walker by his real name:
John Lark
0:39 what was that liquid which burnt hua face.
bikini wax wax
Oil probably or the helicopters fuel
It's extremely hot
probably hydraulic
the fuel from the helicopter
Other than Bruce Wayne, Ethan Hunt can kick Superman's ass😎

This movie was dark and amazing. Next movie was a fucking prank to the entire sequel.
Awesome. That saved me 3 hours, cheers 👍😁
